first cycle of dnp

MY FIRST CYCLE ON DNP AND AM A GIRL!!!!
I am on my second day of dnp.

142 lbs
36 bust
31.5 waist
39 hips
24.5 leg

I did a three day carb depletion and i have been taken (2) 100 mg/d 10-12 hrs apart. I sometimes feel warm and my throat is itchy. my husband says that i feel warm to the touch. I havent had the crazy side effects yet so ill let you know. I am got to get a brand new scale so i can find out my body fat.
i am not taking any vitamins or anything like that. I am not a body builder or anything. I have done all the research on dnp and I have talked to my family dr as well. no worries....
:)RIDDLE ME THIS:) WHEN WILL I FEEL THIS SWEATING AND HOT BURN SIDE EFFECT! I HOPE MY STUFF IS REAL! I OPENED ON A IT WAS YELLOW POWDER!!!

This link is very informative about dnp https://thinksteroids.com/community/threads/2159 so you could probably get alot of answers there.

You might not feel the sides until about 4-5 days in because dnp builds up in your system. Make sure you drink lots of water because it's very easy to get dehydrated (V8 is great for that too) and definitly try to stay cool. Eat alot of fruits for water and fructose. Take a daily multivitamin, antioxidants, and vitamin E and C. Hope this helps.

do you think I can drink pur3x on dnp? its kinda like red bull but has lots of vitamins and minerals in it?

I think you need to slow down and be careful...
200mg/day and you're not taking any supplements at all??

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much at all about AAS....but it sounds to me like you don't have a very high respect for these drugs. Diet, Excercise, Patience.
 
i am taking baby steps.....200 mg is not alot for my weight.....

just so you know I have done a boat load of research on dnp and the side effects I think every document every written about it plus every post and or thread that there is on the internet on dnp :)

what makes you assume that I dont exercise and I don't have patience and I don't diet???

At 200mg a day, my wife had all the sides in large doses and she was 145lbs. She had horrible results. Ate super clean, exercised, and only lost 1.5lbs in 13 days. She would never try it again. Don't blame, but it works great for me. I get sides at 200mg and I weigh close to 200lbs.
 
You should definitly be careful with how you use that stuff though, which is why you need to take all the essential supplements and vitamins at least. Listen to your body, if you're severely suffering from sides, then stop or at least lower the dose. If you did your homework and are careful then you should be ok. But Results are dif for everyone. Sometimes you get horrible sides and no results and sometimes you get barely any sides and good results.

You say that you've researched quite a bit.

Well then let me ask you: Why are you ignoring so much of the knowledge, advice, and guidelines that have been laid out by those who are more experienced?

The dosage guidelines for dnp are listed at a maximum of 3mg per kilogram of bodyweight,(for beginners) your bodyweight of 64.4 kg. gives you a maximum dosage of 192mg/day, and most dnp users start with a lower dosage and work up to a higher dosage after 3-4 days. So by my estimation you should have started out with a dosage of 100-150mg. To be sure that you don't have an allergy.

Furthermore, there are substances listed that are INTEGRAL supplements when on a dnp cycle, and you say that you're not taking any supplements.

IMHO, you seem to be dismissing much of the advice that you say you've been researching for the last month. And a month really isn't a very long time to research a drug, that could easily cause irreparable harm to your health.

Some of the other more knowledgeable guys will probably chime in on this later tonight. You might want to list your stats so they can be better prepared to help you.

yeah, i played with it some and even with my clean diet i didnt get anything from it... the only positive thing i get is heat which makes it easier to warm up int the gym, also it makes the winter more bearable... it gave me an headache alot when i lowered my carbs..and i only seem to lose weight on low carb diets...so i think it was hyped up a bunch or that people were confusing the waterweight lost with fat. my stuff was very legit also.

2000-3000mg vit c
1200 IU vit e
200 mcg selenium
1000-2000 calcium (not with mag)
50mg zinc
iron tablet

If i am missing anything or am taking too much of anything let me know!

Current diet and training regimen? i eat very clean drink a gallon of h2o a day. i have stopped working out during my dnp cycle.....to be on the safe side (dont want to over heat)
I have a lot of sex....does that count as a work out? ;)

Reason for wanting to train with AAS instead of naturally training? my husband was looking up his cycle that he does and thats how I came across DNP. i looked in to it and talked to doctors about it and I thought it would be a great idea for me to try. I have tried working out and dieting. I would work out 6 days a week for over 4 hrs. i never ate correctly or even clean ( now I do) but I got pregnant and gained 50lbs and i am having a hard time with the last 20 lbs. then I lost it and quit smoking and started Birth control. I have even fasted for 10 days only having water to drink and that only worked for a month. Before starting my dnp I had lost 10 lbs but i cant seem to lose the rest.

First of all DNP is not an AAS.

Second if you got it from the fake website it isn't real so don't bother and continue your workouts.

What do you workouts look like? you are not very overweight at your height and weight, so a change in your diet and exercise would probably give you some pretty good results. Why don't you post up your diet and workouts in the women's section and see if you can get some help with that.

Fasting is going to put your body in panic mode and make you retain fat and water. If you are stuck on doing DNP then get the real thing and do it safely.
 
SO DAY 3:

I took 100 mg at 11:00 am and I ate one package of brown sugar oatmeal with it. Along with that I have had a good bit of h2o.

side effects:
So far I felt a little bit warm nothing extreme. Last night about 1 am I felt hot but hubby said didn't feel warm.....temp was 97.
I seem to have a headache but that could be caused by my 2yr. I cleaned the house and i barely even sweat a drop and normally when I clean I sweat like a fat kid in a candy store!

I think tomorrow or Friday I will up my dose to 300 mgs. then I will be on day 5. (got to be safe)

I haven't really felt like eating ........I only want to eat at night.....I have a funny schedule. I know i have to take my doses 10-12 hrs apart but what happens if its longs like 14hrs?


I have decided to eat something! I am having crushed pinto beans and cheeses on crackers.

okay so I gave in and had some fried pickles.....I know I know!!!

the funny thing is even though I'm taking 200 mgs, I felt nothing!! I thought for sure I would have felt the warmth....but no! I have a feeling my shit is BUNK!
 
okay day 4:

last night at 10:00pm I took 200mgs at once and when I woke up at 12:00pm (baby is at grandmommie's house) I took another 100mgs.
As I have started my daily activities of doing the "mom" thing and cleaning the house I finally am feeling hot, like I'm and wearing a jacket and running. I haven't ate anything yet just had a cup of coffee and drank about some water.

Don't pay any attention to your weight....or your measurements just yet,

IF you're DNP is real then, you would have too much water retention at this point in the cycle to have a noticeable weight change or mesurement change...even feeling warm could be from a placebo effect...I would ask your husband what he thinks of your temperature...or a thermometer

My husband and I have figured out that the gear that I have is real but under dosed. So now that I am taking hat is "believed" to be 300mg (with no sides) My temp is fine....I took it when I felt warm and it was 98.6.... Perfect!

I think that you have hit the nail on the head with the placebo effect because I fell "warm" when I would normally fell warm.....

Whatever I have ordered my new gear so I will start taking that when it comes in. Do you think that 250 mgs will be too much considering what I weigh? that is what I'm ordering.

keep everyone updated, and when the time comes maybe one of the more experienced guys on here will have a good idea for how you could divide ur caps in order to make a correct dosage...I really don't have any good ideas for what you could do...but IMHO 500mg/day or 2 pills would be too high a dose for you.

oh yeah most def....I know that I will have to max out at 250mgs but I was thinking that I could just do a longer run...being that i could never ever take 500mgs. I am going to continue posting....I just ate so maybe I will feel something....ha ha[:o)]

Don't you think that at 300mgs and being that I weigh 142lbs that I would feel something by now??
