Wow!! Thank you for posting this... seeing the before and after pics I think are very helpful I wished more people would put a before and after to see... cause the scale does lie.... I started BB cause I had the Mommy body and wanted to get my body back into shape after my daughter... I wished I had before pics when I first walked into the gym, Nobody would believe how I have transformed my body! I have gone far past what I thought I would and now after my Body Building Competition I have had Major issues with gaining body fat again ( I was at 6.5% BF) I just got my DNP caps and start tomorrow! with that being said I will take before and after pics! I dont think the can compare to how good I looked when I was in competition shape though

UPDATE: on my second run on dnp I found out I got pregnant.... Unfortunately I lost it:-( however two weeks later I got pregnant again. (all the guys that say you kill/fry your eggs not true) my pregnancy was great.....I had a healthy baby boy and gained 60lbs!!!!! I'm now 130lbs and thinking of doing another run!

Can't get prego again so no need to worry about that! Stretch is our guy still all good?
