First Cycle, started today

After some discussion here from people who have more autism than me, I've modified my first cycle and have started today by injecting 500mg of test cypionate up my asshole, but my ass is so big I'm sure I didn't hit the glute. Or maybe I did. It's easier in the gluteass than in the shoulder for sure.

I've made diet changes to throw out nasty eating habits. Those fucking cookies, they just be calling me.

Here's my cycle log. I'll start with what I plan to do, and update with the results each week, plus exercise plan. The idea is to start with low weights to avoid injury. Last time I did a Rich Piana 8 hour arm day, I ended up fucking myself for several months from an injury.

First exercise routine start (taking it super slow to avoid injury):

3x5 lat raises: 50lbs each hand
3x5 shoulder/overhead presses: 150lbs
3x5 slow preacher curls: 70lbs
3x5 bench-press: 100lbs
2x squats: 45lbs (all the way down, otherwise I load 400lbs easy)
3x5 dumbbell presses: 30lbs each
3x5 lat pulldowns: 120lbs each
3x5 low rows: 120lbs.

I plan to follow a progressive overload every other day, starting at 5lbs, maybe going higher. Sure, this is all light weight, but I'd rather not injure myself and fuck up the cycle.

Don't be afraid to use heavy weights, just don't try to set a 1rm PR every week. Good rule of thumb is to stick to 7-8 RPE for a few weeks then increase to 9 then 10 and repeat with, hopefully, more weight in your hand at 7-8 RPE than last cycle/block/etc. That is a better method of overload than starting so low there is no stimulus.

These stats are not consistent. My test and IGF-1 seem to fluctuate randomly.

I'll add more RPE tomorrow or the day after. I'm resting 3 minutes between sets. Trying to see where I'm at while avoiding an injury. I think, at least for the first day, it should be okay to start really low and work my way up instead of jumping into 500lb deadlifts like I did before... fuck my back.

Consider PCT one week ahead of schedule, maybe? By the time you should be "clean" of exogenous T.

My balls have a weird issue where they fluctuate in size, but they are about standard size I guess? I have never compared my balls to other dudes, so who knows? They’re a little smaller than chicken eggs.

But they often get in the way. I can’t tuck them in without discomfort, so they hang out of my legs. ‍
 
Ok, I just pinned today, another 500mg. I’m furiously masturbating to anything that even looks like a woman, including watermelon and pumpkins, several times a day. Not as much as when I was full of test in my mid 20s, but it’s a start.

Seems there’s a trade off between 25 gauge and 21 gauge needles. The 25 allows me to pull a lot of oil very quickly. The 21 is super slow. The 25 gives me gigantic fucking ass welts of pain that last a week or so. The 21 doesn’t leave any bruises or PIP, so I’m sticking with 21.

That sounds backwards to me. 21 gauge has a larger opening than 25 and is a larger needle
 
@Bork I really like how you introduced an additional compound, but right at the end to break the plateau. Very prudent and streamlined.
Thanks! I followed advice here. May still swap out dbol for Anadrol.
I use strictly 28 gauge slin pins at this point. Takes a little longer to draw, but pinning ED, it makes a big difference
I think 25 is good. I only do weekly right now. Don’t want to do daily pins.
