First Cycle, started today

Today… assume I was waiting up to 20 seconds before dropping the weight. I’m holding the weight in and focusing on targeting muscles individually.

Never done this before, but I think it’ll work as it’s giving me a huge burn.

3x5 shoulder/overhead presses
3x5 curls
3x5 bench-press
4x5 lat pulldowns
4x5 high row curls (low row curls and lock in place
2x5 deadlifts

Went up between 30-110lbs over last session. Seem to be slowly progressing back to normal-ish.

Tomorrow I’ll do it again and increase by 5-10lbs.

The 4-5 half-life is from the package insert itself, if I remember correctly.
Yeah, the half life. So I should pin more often? If 500mg per week, then every 4-5 days? Or just Monday and Thursday?

And is that 250mg each time, or 500mg? So I don’t overdo it…

Pinned 250mg. Tried out 31 gauge needles. Took forever to pull, then the wife stabbed me in 12 places randomly and broke the needle inside me.

And that’s the story of why I now self pin.

Your doping schedule looks fine for performance enhancing purposes (which require you “overdo it” anyways).

Let me give you an idea of how much you’re taking...

Enanthate and cypionate esterifications of testosterone formulated to yield equal amounts of base compound share virtually the same pharmacokinetic characteristics. Meaning 250mg testosterone cypionate (the one you’re taking) should act as 242.74mg of testosterone enanthate, close to the latter’s bi-weekly therapeutic dose of 250mg. If testosterone enanthate was administered weekly (as frequently as in your cycle) to yield Hormone Replacement Therapy levels it would start with a 250mg loading dose followed by 125mg from thereon (see image). In comparison you’re taking 4 times that last weekly amount. So on average your T levels should conceivably be 4 times above reference range depending on the purity and/or the accuracy of the formulation your supplier sold you.

Op, u said ur only going to do 1 cycle. If ur test is 1200, why risk that gift? U should rehab naturally or with a rehab based compound as suggested above. U r wasting the test, its not going to make u recover from a bad year faster. Then u'll have to recover from the cycle 2, making ur issues worse.

My test fluctuates between 200 and 1200, sometimes higher. It’s not stable and gives me mood problems. I’ll still use trt after this.

Noticing improvement in stamina. Increased weight by a decent amount. 20lbs over the previous day’s exercise.

No warmups, just doing the same weights for two gym sessions, then upgrading the weight on the third session.

Holding each rep up to 20 seconds, or until I start feeling a horrible burn/shake:

4x5 - seated mid rows (cable machine) - 140lbs
4x5 - lat pulldowns - 140lbs
4x5 - preacher curls - 110lbs
4x5 - shoulder press - 155lbs
3x5 - bench press - 120lbs
1x5 - squats - 155lbs. So easy, but going easy on my legs so I can go harder next week.

Feeling a huge burn and soreness in my arms, back and chest. These are the areas of my body that need the most work. Also feeling a slight ab burn on preacher curls and seated mid rows.

Need to do more deadlifts. They are tightening my core more than anything.

Continuing my trend of holding reps in place for up to 20 seconds. It’s quite a burn.

3x5 - seated mid rows (cable machine) - 140lbs
4x5 - lat pulldowns - 140lbs
3x5 - preacher curls - 110 -> 120lbs
3x5 - shoulder press - 175lbs (injury occurred at 3rd rep on 3rd set :-( continued anyway)
3x5 - bench press - 120lbs -> 130lbs
3x5 - squats 160lbs
3x5 - leg press 440lbs

Getting progressively easier each time. Resting 2-3 minutes between sets.

I am starting with the same weights as a few days ago in certain areas. I do these sessions at least twice before finally increasing the weights. 4 categories had increased over last time.

On 750mg of test this week due to switching pinning frequency. No uncomfortable sides, blood pressure still normal.

I’ll increase everything in the next session, but it’s not likely I’ll be able to do any more shoulder presses for a week or two… hurt myself. Preacher curls are the toughest ones. Holding in place for up to 20 seconds while the biceps burn is intense.

On Monday, we squat. Probably going to warm up with 160lbs then do 240 -> 320. I feel ready.

3 minutes of rest between sets. Not holding anything in place this time except preacher curls.

3x10 - lat raises - 55lbs (1 set in between other exercises)

3x5 - preacher curls - 140lbs

3x5 - shoulder press - 180lbs
1x - shoulder press - 200lbs

3x - bench press - 130lbs
3x - bench press - 180lbs
3x - bench press - 235lbs
1x - bench press 320lbs

3x - squats - 160lbs
3x - squats - 285lbs
3x - squats - 375lbs
1x - squat - 415lbs

3x5 - deadlift - 160lbs
3x5 - deadlift - 285lbs
3x5 - deadlift - 350lbs
1x - deadlift - 520lbs

1x - Farmer walk - 150ft - 200lbs

Fucking sore. Will probably be down for a week this time.

So just a quick tip. Use an 18g tip to draw. Then pop your injecting tip on. I can't believe you even managed to pull anything with a 31g. Must've been 10 minutes of hell watching that barrel fill haha. For ease of injecting with the 31g run the syringe under warm water to increase the flow. Just make sure you have a tip on and it's capped before you do.

Yeah, dude! It took 20 or more minutes to fill it. I switched to 21 to pull then injected with 25. If I’m doing delts, I’ll use 31, but those have a non-swappable needle. Right now the best balance is 21 pull, 25 inject with the needles I have.

If you're talking slin pins for the 31g. Pull the plunger out and back load(just do not let the plunger tip touch anything and have clean hands) That's what I do if I'm doing less than an ml per shot. I'd hope the smaller needle helps decrease scar tissue build up. You can also get 5/16 31g leur lock tips if you prefer the 31s

Bought a smart scale and here are the stats, but they seem bullshit. I’ll have to study the science behind it to see how it’s done before making any judgements.

Weight before cycle: 297lbs

Current weight: 312lbs
Body fat: 29% (should be 24%)
Muscle mass: 218lbs (70%)
Caloric consumption: 2600 cals
BMI: 34

15lbs gained since the start of the cycle. Most of this is likely water retention, but I’m looking a lot better.

Is that muscle mass or lean mass? I assume lean mass?

The scale doesn’t differentiate here. It says, “total muscle weight including skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle.”

The more concerning thing is that this scale seems to suggest I have a lot of visceral fat over regular fat. I really need to work on that.

I don’t know how accurate this is, but weight is spot on. My feet seem a bit too big for this scale.

I remember last March I was about 260, I could've sworn up and down I was about 20% BF. Then I got in a BodPod one day and it told me I was 26%. Needless to say I was pretty freakin frustrated, but it certainly motivated me to lose weight.
