FIRST CYCLE! T-BOL + TEST-E

Hey guys and gals,

I've decided to start my first steroid cycle and I am looking for advice on how best to do so.

The cycle I have chosen is T-bol and Test-E

T-bol:
Weeks 1-6
60mg to begin, moving up to 70/80mg if needed

Test-E:
Weeks 1-12
400-500mg weekly. Injecting twice per week at equal doses.

PCT

For PCT I will be running Nolva on its own, I'm finding it quite difficult to find Clomid. Is this enough or will clomid and nolva need to be run side by side?

Nolva:
First pill 2 weeks after last injection of Test-E
Dosage: 40/40/20/20

I will be taking Taurine at 5g per day to help with the back, shin and calf pumps. Liv 52 as liver support and CoQ-10 for blood pressure. I will also be running Dutasteride 0.5mg daily to help preserve my hair while on gear.

Some stats about me.

Age: 20
Years lifting: On and off around 3-4 years
Weight: 142lbs
Height: 5ft10"
Bf: Around 9-10% maybe, I'm quite light so low bodyfat would be expected.

One rep maxes and measurements.

Bench press: 230lbs for a single, strict form (I train for strength on bench)
Deadlifts: 335lbs for a single
Squats: Not sure as I havnt squatted in quite a while.

Chest measurement: 40.5"
Arm measurement: 15"
Waist measurement: 26.5" (I have a small frame)
Quads: 22"

Thought I would include some info about me as I see alot of people commenting on other people's forums asking for information about them.

If anyone can give me help on my cycle and let me know what I need to add or change it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
 
20 years old, 5'10", 142 lbs. seriously? Try eating more. What is your diet? Macros? TDEE? Gear is not your solution, food is.

(Cue hard gainer handwaving)

If you can't gain weight now, how will you gain on cycle? Once you drop the gear you will discover yor gains were all water. And you'll be 5'10" and 142 lbs.

Learn to eat.

Weight can be decieving, I don't feel as though a 40.5" chest and 15" arms are small to be quite honest. You may be much bigger than me and well done however I don't feel as though my weight matches my measurements.

I applaud your research and how you've built a solid, comprehensive cycle.

Sort out your PCT and get a good AI in case you need it.

You are quite strong for a feather weight with only 3-4 years on and off training ... Maybe a bit too strong...are you sure about your maxes, they are not beefed up?

Dude, your diet ... You've spent a lot of time building a good stack. Spend twice that time on researching food, wait 6 months with your cycle, give yourself the challenge of building 10 pounds LBM natty. Once you've cracked that code, you're good to go.

If you don't crack that code, you'll fuck your cycle up and the rest of your training career too.

Yeah I think you're right, I'll try gain another 10lbs then begin my cycle.

Thanks man, nah those are my real maxes. I've been doing strength training since I started the gym. With those 3/4 years it's predominantly on rather than off.

Sorry I didn't see your question about macros.

Protein - 165g
Carbs - 400g
Fats - 75g
Men I'm 22 and have a background of 10 years hard training and i'm off training for 3 years (and I think i can't start a cycle now) so I think you're way too light be just give it a little more time.

He does have an impressive bench for 142 lbs. Keep busting your ass natural for a few more years, unless it is important for your career. You are too young to juice. Seems the popular consensus is 25yrs before you use AAS.

Do eat more brother. It is just as important as training or gear. Do that first, you will probably see steroid like gains, no lie.

This is exactly my point. he learns to eat and he will be a giant BEFORE he ever touches gear.
