First cycle: Test E 600mg per week

@daledd Dude u gotta eat more bro ur shit will blow up then and u will have more strength. Im still natty but when I dont eat enough i am shit in the gym the next day. That hasnt happened in awhile my diet is in check now. But about 5 years ago I was still struggling to consume the right amount of cals. Now i have almost 4000 cals a day. Eat more ur strength will explode.

Any serious vascularity on ur arms yet ? ( in reference to before VAR)
Are u experiencing any sides other than those from Test E at your earlier weeks.

Yes vascularity has increased but not by much YET. Itlll come I feel it.

Var has kicked in and it's good. Thanks darius.
I feel really good in the gym, like when you drop a nice big turd and feel like you could conquer the world. Thats how I felt this gym session.

Strength hasnt increased that much, I'm maintaining strength and endurance while on a cut which is good.

Vascularity is up, I'm losing bf.

Will update when I notice more.

Oh and pumps, lots and lots of painful pumps.
 
Update:

Im finally seeing some good changes, I look and feel bigger. Acne is increasing tough. Strength is so so but that's how I react to test. Im starting to look very vascular and even lost some fat off my face. Veins are coming that I've never seen before and my bicep vein looked pumped todays workout.

Very happy atm, I'm going to increase the test to 750mg for the last 4 weeks of my cycle.

whats wrong with just changing ypur eating habits instead eat more and do more cardio or eat more proteins and do some carb cycling...

whats the point of bumping your Test up again.... ( as a first cycle ) that seems a lil aggressive. (u already running more than 1 compound) :rolleyes:.... just my 2 cents

Good. Body changes are obvious now, all my muscles have grown and gotten stronger but the one muscle group which has blown up are my lats.
Theyve gotten huge and my v-taper is getting along nicely. Im on quite the deficit atm but the var keeps me strong and maybe even a bit stronger.

Even tough im on a deficit I feel like I'm still making some small gains.

But. I think Iinjured my left shoulder or both. I've been having trouble with them since week 6 but I never stopped training them and just pushed through. Didn't gain much strength on shoulders. Last night I kept waking up from the pain in the shoulder I slept on.

I'm going to stop training them for a week and see from there.

On another side, it seems I've developed carpall tunnel syndrom. Meaning my fingers and hands get numb from dumb things like using my phone. But, I already had it. Steroids didnt aggrevate it or anything, I just pushed higher weight and the strain on my wrists got too big.
 
Update:
This is week 11 I think? Well. Changes are obvious now. The test has done a good job, my physique has obviously changes tremendously. Not that much that people would call me out on roids but just enough that I see their jealous eyes gawking at me while I do my sets.

I have developed a lump under my left nipple. There was always a tiny lump but its got slightly bigger. Still not big enough to be noticeable. Upped ai to 1mg eod and will be starting nolva in 10 days.
What do you guys think?
 
I would go see a doctor. What kind of products are u using? Ugl? Or pharma grade?
AI is ugl. Test is pharma. Nolva is pharma but I wont get it until next friday.
I feel better now after upping to 1mg eod and the lump doesnt seem that big so I think nolva will do the trick.

On a second note, why the hell is pharma arimidex/sin so expensive? Like 100$ for 30 pills.
