First cycle: Test E 600mg per week

My libido has died lately. I havent ejaculated since sunday and I just dont feel like it. I can get it up if i try but no random boners or sudden arousals.

My guess is high E since I've only been taking 0.25 arimidex every 3-4 days. On 750mg test that must not be enough. Ive upped the dose to 0.5mg ed to see if I am right.
 
@daledd i am on 500mg a week and .25 EOD wasn't good enough. My estrogen was 65 (7-42 was normal for my lab). i upped mine to .25 ED. .5 ED would kill my joints lol but I hope you get the E in check.

Still going strong in the gym. Strength, endurance, mood everything is up even libido altough I really have a lot of trouble to get off, it takes a lot more than usual.

Appetite is through the roof, I can eat twice what I normally eat and still feel hungry 2 hours after. Im developing this i dont give a fuck character which has really fucked with some aspects of my life. Also, i seem to be a lot more attractive to girls. I dont know if its the confidence or pheremones but it happens very often that i get the look or that they smile at me without me even saying anyting funny (stupid girls).

Girls arent my priority tough. Im doing all this for myself. I LOVE being in the gym an working out, im so sad sometimes that I already finished my workout. Sometimes I just say fuck it and go to failure on all machines I can get my hands on.

Placed an order with Darius for some pharmacom var. Going to he running it at 60mg/day for 5 weeks. Would love to run it longer but shits expensive.

My weight has been fluctuating quite a bit, lost some weight the past week but im guessing its water and fat because im looking huge.

Ive noticed my labido is better but it takes wayy too long to bust one. When I go hardcore doggy my quads get too much of a pump and I lose my wood.
Missionary and the same thing with my triceps. So I gotta let her ride on top so I dont get soft. Kinda sucks lol.

Yup thats what I'm experiencing. I can get a boner whenever I want but it takes a lot more effort to keep me hard and to get me off. I can last way longer.

I dont know if this is a advantage tough.

Ive made use of the coupon and the var was shipped. Looking to shed some fat at the end of my cycle. This thursday will be 7 weeks so I still have 9 weeks left on cycle. Will do 5 weeks of var starting this friday.

Am thinking of running prop the 3 weeks before pct.

Also thinking about my next cycle and what I'm going to run. Definately taking 3-4 months off before I consider another cycle tough.

About the E problem I was having well I took 0.5mg ed since monday and I feel fine so Ill take it ed until thursday and then transition to EOD. I feel this is a good number for the 750mg of test.
 
Felt way better after my E got in check but I have now catched a cold. Feel like shit. Not going to the gym.
On a second note, I have started taking var today at 60mg/ed. For about 5 weeks.
 
Small update: Week 8

Until now I've been quite satisfied with the results, even tough I made a major mistake this whole cycle and havent even realized it. My diet. My protein intake was too low and I didn't realize it until I started counting everything.
I figured if I ate as much as possible and aimed at protein I would get enough but I haven't. I always hated the idea of tracking everything I eat but it's necessary.

Since yesterday I'm now tracking all my food. I'm aiming for 300g protein a day at ~2000 calories.
Fats and carbs all from healthy sources, ie olive oil, eggs, fruits and veggies. No bread.
Protein from tuna, sardines, chicken breasts etc.

Ive gained a good deal with my old diet(whatever I felt like) but my face got bloated as fuck. From now on I'm doing it right. I have to.
 
Ya I gave that app a go but honestly its too time consuming.

After years of practice I can accurately guess the weight of my food. I have a memorization of caloric content of the food I eat so it takes but one second to write it down on my food journal along with the time I ate.

This gives me accountability on a daily basis. I find if you just wing it you will stop when your full. Usually when your full dont mean shit. I eat every 3 hours works for me
 

I gotta disagree. A lot of guys don't take it til they have too... But high e2, even moderately high e2, makes me feel worse than low. And I have honestly never crashed my estro. A lot of negative unseen health effects of high e2. Including excessive fat gain... 2 cents :)

@daledd diet is everything! You will know the difference when u get it tight. Make sure u increase cals when u hit pct to maintain your new tissue! You'll stay lean, just be careful when and where carbs happen
