First cycle: Test E 600mg per week

It's in dutch, it's pretty clear but if you don't understand something please ask and i'll translate.

My E seems better than I tought, I'm pretty damn sure I had low E symptoms, the painful joints gave it away, when I stopped taking my AI the sides stopped. What does this mean? Am i more sensitive to lower E?

0.25mg e3d, going to up it to eod next week. Tbh, there's no real number to what you're test levels are supposed to be. Many people will say different things but I agree it should be AT LEAST 6x your dosis.

From the looks of it > 15 doesnt give you much to work with. It only shows your outside of normal ranges. Doesnt say much.

Your estradiol is in normal ranges. Some may say a little high but its mostly preference

For record our own dr. Scallys has a rule. 7-10x. Thats what your total testosterone should be when multiplied by your weekly dose. We use this as measurement

Week 6 Pin # 12:
Fuck what a shitty day. My car got towed away. First time this has happened, I first tought it had gotten stolen but then I realized I parked in a illegal space.

My workout was okay. I pinned 500mg today, I don't know what I was thinking. I broke the first amp which made me lose about 0.1-0.2 ml and so i decided to open another amp. And then I figured i cant just store an open amp so I said fuck it and pinned everything.

Im an idiot I know, my body is trying to find balance and Im throwing test at it so irregularly. Oh well. I woke up this morning refreshed as a mfker I even sang in the shower. I never do that. Normally you'd find me grumpy as fuck until after 10am.

Third day on proviron, honestly I dont know what to think. I havent seen any effects or anything different. My libido is the same. I have noticed hair loss. Depressed the hell out of me, it wasnt like lots and lots of hair but whenever i run my fingers through my hair i find 2-3 strands of hair.

Im hair loss prone, my father is norwood 10 if that even exists. He only has hair on the back and sides, not even a couple on his head like homer, completely bald. I considered taking dutasteride but that shit causes shedding after you stop it and i dont intend to be on for life.
Im most likely going to get a hair transplant in the future, but id really like not to worry about losing hair for a couple more years. Being bald would definately not fit me, i would be one ugly mfker. Im no jason statham.

Its strange at first. Give it 6-8 months and youll forget you ever had hair.
no bad hair days
no dandruff/dry scalp
less wind resistance
makes you look meaner

Get a cheap affordable supply of razors like dollarshaveclub and shave every other day for maximum effect

You can buy an amp snapper which should sort your problems breaking the amps and losing oil. Dont stress too much pinning 500mg though, mistakes are learned from.

Maybe shave your head, i wouldn't go skin bald though, maybe a low grade. I started shaving mine every summer, nice how it feels, keeps your head cool, takes two seconds to wash and no time to style.

Hope you get your car back and the fucks dont sting you for too much.

One random 500mg pin isnt going to throw you out of whack. Your body isnt going to say WTF IS HAPPENING TO ME your test will just spike a little higher this week. Negligible honestly

Not sure if your ampule is pre serrated or not but to open in safely and not lose the contents: grab a paper towel and wrap it around the top (skinny top piece) take the top piece in your thumb and forefinger, grab the bottom with your other hand and gently snap. To draw from the amp input the needle at an angle and draw back.
