Make sure your pushing way past your intensity level than if you were natty. This can be accomplished by more weight, more reps, more sets or less rest intervals. When you get in the burn try to stay there. With aas I believe this is key

Basically on all my exercises. Ill update you on that next week.
I do 3-4 drop sets on all my exercises and go hard until failure on all last sets. Even tough im on cycle I still feel sore because of how hard I hit my muscles.

The soreness should be less obvious when on cycle. At least for me It is. I can still get sore however it doesnt last long and its never as severe as off cycle

Still going strong in the gym. Strength, endurance, mood everything is up even libido altough I really have a lot of trouble to get off, it takes a lot more than usual.

Appetite is through the roof, I can eat twice what I normally eat and still feel hungry 2 hours after. Im developing this i dont give a fuck character which has really fucked with some aspects of my life. Also, i seem to be a lot more attractive to girls. I dont know if its the confidence or pheremones but it happens very often that i get the look or that they smile at me without me even saying anyting funny (stupid girls).

Girls arent my priority tough. Im doing all this for myself. I LOVE being in the gym an working out, im so sad sometimes that I already finished my workout. Sometimes I just say fuck it and go to failure on all machines I can get my hands on.

Placed an order with Darius for some pharmacom var. Going to he running it at 60mg/day for 5 weeks. Would love to run it longer but shits expensive.

My weight has been fluctuating quite a bit, lost some weight the past week but im guessing its water and fat because im looking huge.
 
Stupid girls are good in bed. Take em up on the offer. I dont know about you daled but I cant get in to my wifes clam box enough this cycle. We been at it every night and I often have to take "care" of myself in the morning before work. Sex drive is awesome. Go sink the pink bro
 
Update: Starting last week I've upped my dose to 750mg test e/week which I'll be continueing with for the rest of the cycle. I'll be pinning M/W/F.

What's the rationale for pinning M W F with Test E? With a long Esther your test levels should be maintained with 2 pins a week if the gear isn't underdosed?

My gear is in 1ml amps, cant open one to use half and store the other half.
 
Have started doing cardio after my workouts today. Calve pumps are fucking crazy. I do HIT so its still bearable. Ive also noticed my HB going way faster and actually need to catch my breath after 2-3 mins of sprinting.

Workouts are going great I feel like gold. Strength is going up but not on all my exercises. Ive noticed lat pulls and rows are more difficult because of the forearm pumps. Endurance is crazy tough, I do 4-5 drop sets after my heaviest set and still feel like going after.
