First cycle test e

Week 2 is almost in the books, up to 228. I can see the muscle definition in my shoulders and back getting bigger. Wife loves it lol 1 more week of GVT and then I'll either go back to 5x5 to see where I'm at or start AGVT or something else.
 
Definetly feel stronger thru my 2nd week. Been doing GVT and I'm sore after every workout and have been pushing myself harder every workout. I can't wait for week 3-4 to see where I'm at. My current best on bench is 220 for 4 times which isn't a lot but I lift by myself and have no spotter which sucks. Figured I'd try after week 4 and see where I'm at on bench. My diet has been on track since I started this which is awesome bc it's what has held me back for along time, that and alcohol which I am no sober for 28 days. Go me lol

Well this is Saturday so I hope you have been sober for 29 1/2 days.:)

Good luck on your cycle, keep the spirits high and the alcohol at a minimum and this should be one hell of an experience for ya. Congrats on the sobriety! I know exactly how that is, sounds like your doing really well. Will definitely be following your progress.
 
Getting ready to start week 3. Had my first bad workout since starting this but today is also my 4th day in a row of working 12 hrs a day and I have a very physical job. Back hurt to much to lift to much on leg day, was trying to do squats and had to unload Lot of weight. I'm constantly bending over at work so I have lower back issues that I have been dealing with for years, plus arthritis in my elbows and carpol tunnel. Fucking awesome lol. Tomorrow starts weeks 3 and I'm up to 230, just hope I keep 75% after pct and go Buckeyes!!!! We won another championship this year in women's rowing. Fuck it,I'll take it!!!!
 
Starting today I got my new shipment of arimidex so I'll be taking .25 eod bc my nipples do look funny. They are not sensitive but are long and not normal. It was in my head the first week but this isn't. Last week of GVT, anybody have any ideas on a new workout I can do? I keep reading and research a new one, didn't know if anybody has a good routine they have been doing.
 
Half way thru 3rd week. Diet is still in check. Will take updated photo tomorrow. Don't think I'm drinking enough water tho, seen that can also be a reason my back is hurting from my kidneys. And tomorrow is the night! Let's go CAVS!!!
 
Starting week 4, diet took a hit over the weekend bc of a cookout at the wife's family's house but other than that, a ok. Was getting a lil pain after inject but I started to heat it up bf I did my last 2 and the seems to workout a lot better. Wife has dedinetly noticed I'm getting bigger bc when I was on top last night she kept rubbing my arms and complimenting me lol this has dedinetly increased my sex drive. Will take pic latter this week.
 
Starting week 5, everything is going good still, diet and training are still on par. Going on vacation next week tho so I have to change my pin days. I usually do Monday and Thursday but we are suppose to leave Wednesday so will have to adjust by doing it a day early this week and next. Don't think it will affect much. Fun in the sun here I come!! Lol glad I started this log bc it makes me stay on track
 
Hit PR today on bench. 4x6 225 felt good too lol I wanted to add more but I don't want to push it to fast bc I know the tendons don't grow like muscles and the last thing I want to do is hurt myself.

Are You going to do 500 mg at once? Assuming you are going to be 1 week vacations
 
No, I'm going to do Sunday and Wednesday. I do morning pins so I'll just do mine Wednesday bf I leave. And then Just stay with those days so I'm not switching back.
