Hi guys, my name is Adam. Long story short I've had problems with my body my entire life and was diagnosed with low T but apparently not 'low enough' to put me on TRT. This affects me so much that I see steroids as the only way out having done my research. I lift but if I could show you my body you would laugh, I have sticks for arms and a pudgy belly. No matter how hard I stick to a plan or diet I can't recomp naturally. If I try to bulk, literally the weight just goes to my stomach and if I cut, the stomach still remains but muscle wise I look anorexic. It's tragic really.

My only concern going down this route is fertility problems because I would like a kid in the future. Have you guys had issues with that?

It's 90% diet.
Write down what you ate today and measure in grams or ounces. Do that for 5 days here and we will advise. Steroids are the final 10% of the puzzle, if you don't have the 90% down it' not going to help.

I understand the importance of diet, I'm 65kg at 5'9 so I'm not overweight. Did you ever have low test? It's hard to bulk because most of the calories don't work in building muscle and instead you get fat even if your routine is on point, and it's hard to cut because the first thing you seem to lose is muscle.

I've been in this cycle for years now and it exhausts you mentally and drains your motivation. For a while I weighed and logged every single thing I put in my mouth and remained within my calorie goal, with a good routine. Meanwhile my roommate and gym partner ate without worrying too much and probably much more than me, and was able to make much faster progress. It might seem like I'm making excuses but this isn't a step I would have taken if I hadn't exhausted trying to achieve a decent and healthy body naturally. I'm not thinking of steroids as the easy way out, but just a push to make it a little bit easier.

Half the guys here have low t. You said you're here to learn, don't start "learning" by making excuses.

Low T? Yes, especially during PCT... which is why it's even more important to watch what you eat during your low T times.
Myfitness pal must be your religion, you must follow your macros to the T for months at a time before considering AAS. TRT will fix 10% of your problems... myfitnesspal will fix 90%
Post diet yesterday and today please. I'l start... I'm cutting, not everything posted but you get idea. Yesterday had chicken breast 6oz for lunch #1 salad and pork chop for lunch #2. Dinner I had fajita meat (chicken breast) and two 6" flour tortillas. Dinner #2 was high protein yogurt. Every meal I have vegetables to fill me up. That's
4-5 servings of veg a day. Total calories 1876 and my maintaince is 2700+ with no cardio. Hard cut. Screenshot_20180301-110458.png

See how bulking i am hitting 300+ protein and 300+ carbs with 74 max fat? Cutting I'm lucky to get 200 protein and 150 carb. 1700 cal is sooooooo low for me. Feels like death but must be done before the next bulk. Post macros for a week bro and we will help all we can.

he's saying he has naturally low t. you don't need to do a cycle, you need to use therapeutic dosages after you've confirmed the cause of your low t. If you have primary hypogonadism- failure of testicles- the treatment is always test shots. secondary hypogonadism is the failure of pituitary. treatment for this is usually clomiphene. Clomid inhibits estrogen in the hypothalamus and pituitary, causing your break to release, LH and FSH, which then finds its way to the testes, making testosterone, then estrogen. in secondary, clomid may treat fertility problems.

the biggest problem is what you are doing right now. stop asking questions on an online board- the fuck is wrong with you? speak with your doctor, again, and again and again. most endos are stubborn as fuck, won't do anything until your test levels are down in the dirt. keep going. tell them you feel depressed, lethargic, weak, and all the things associated with low test. but most importantly: STOP SEARCHING HERE.

From experience I can tell you that it comes down to what symptoms you report to the endocrinologist. I mean Testosterone values do matter but especially if they are still within the so called normal reference ranges then the dr. will go with the symptoms you report (age is a big factor too). Study Low T symptoms and let your dr. know the ones that relate to you. I am sure they will help you out. Cycling with AAS will make your life even worse if you dont know what you're doing.

If things come to worst and his endo is a complete dick, he can always take a weak oral, lower his test even more, get a blood test, and trick his dr into thinking it's lower than actual.
