First Cycle

Hello, I am looking for any first cycle advice, Below I will include my diet, weight, age, goals, and my questions and plan.

First things first The Plan:
500 mg of Test E a week, injection every 4 days, I have 100 sterile 23 Guage 1.5 Inch needles with 3mL syringes. I bought 2 vials of test E, each vial is 250 mg/mL and 10mL per vial. So the injections are a simple one mL every 4 days. My PCT is Nolvadex (Starting 14 days after last inection), now I am torn between running 40/20/20/20/10 using a total of 40 capsules (20 mg/capsul) or running 100mg for the first day, and 60 for next 10 days, and 40 for the last 10 days. This is where i need the help deciding which is best. I would like to do a Nolvadex only cycle but if you can convince me to run clomid as well I can get some. Also I will be running Clenbuterol the 2 weeks running up to the start of the Nolvadex. I am starting at 20 MCG and increasing by 20 MCG every 2 days, so day 13 and 14 will be at the max of 140 MCG. I plan on running more Clen cycles just like that over the summer.

Me: I am a 6 foot 2 inch 18 year old male, Weighing in at a not impressive 178.3 lbs. Blood tests showed that my natural Test levels are 623 ng/dL. Pretty average. I have a B.F of 9% I just got done with a bulking cycle, I jumped from 153 to 178 in about 4 months.

Diet: 3,600 Calories a day. 240 Grams of Protein, 500 grams of carbs, my diet is great. I start off with a whey protein shake, 2 packets of oat meal, a banana and some bacon. Normally for lunch I will have a large qdoba/ chiptole burrito with double meat and rice. And for my third meal I try to get some more protein with yogurt, 4 eggs, occasionally 3 hotdogs, some milk and Roman noodles. Dinner is another protein shake (30 grams of protein with 16 ounces of milk for both shakes), another ramen noodle or pasta/spaghetti with Fish/ tuna sandwich. My diet does not deviate much from that.

Goals: Biggest goal is muscle gain and athletic performance increase. I am a triathaloner/ body builder. My workout schedule is 6x a week for lifting, I have 3 splits for muscle groups, Shoulder bi tri trap minor, Chest back abs(Includes dead lift), quads calves hamstrings. I have 2 separate workouts for each muscle group that I alternate. I also swim around 5-10 thousand yards a day 5x a week. Lift in the morning and swim in the afternoon.

Questions:
1. Should I run a nolvadex on PCT with the above plan or run the 100 for first day and 60 for next 10 days and 40 for last 10 days. Or should I add Clomid
2. I will alternate injections in quads and Glutes good or bad idea?
3. Should I up my calorie intake? I just started swim season, thats a lot of cardio.
4. Clen cycle, how to take to maximize athletic performance and how to maximize fat loss, is there a difference?
5. How much should i expect to grow? I would like to be 185lbs at less than 5% body fat. **(during summer with intense cardio I am usually around 3% B.F no joke.)
6. Any advice? I am starting the 29 of February
 
Things to add that I forgot!!!

Supplements:
5 grams of buffered Monohydrate creatine, Arginine, Taurine, L-glutamine and L-glutamate.
Lifting stats:
Bench: 180lbs
Squat: 335lbs not ass to grass but past parallel
Deadlift: 295 straight leg deadlift. I am teaching myself conventional deadlift
Curls:45-50 lb dumbell or 95-105 on a bar
Pullups: 20, or 10 with a 45lbs plate
Pushups:40

Background Info:
About a year ago I tore my rotator cuff and my labrum. Through and through tears. I had a long 12 month recovery, 8 of them were in P.T the other 4 were spent in an immobilizer. My shoulder is stronger than before the surgery so it's 100%, and I have about 95% of my total movement.
 
If I say at 18yrs you shouldn't be running a cycle..would you listen and allow me to explain or tell me to Fuck off because you know better?
 
Guyzcool... If you're 18 you shouldn't be taking anything but a good diet and protein And creatine. You're too young to be taking test. Research More. It's good you're asking questions. But your body is at an age where you shouldn't need to take gear.

This is my opinion. But maybe someone here will give you the advice you're seeking.

Well I am open to any and all criticism along with facts and ideas. It's not a matter of should I, but I have already invested $135 so I didn't belive I will be doing this. But please express your opinion to me, I actually do want to hear it
 
Everyone here will bash you because you are 18. Btw you say its First Cycle but in your post you mention about a Bulking Cycle ? How was it ?
 
Guyzcool... If you're 18 you shouldn't be taking anything but a good diet and protein And creatine. You're too young to be taking test. Research More. It's good you're asking questions. But your body is at an age where you shouldn't need to take gear.

This is my opinion. But maybe someone here will give you the advice you're seeking.

Oh, bulking as in the change from cutting to bulking. No steroids just eating more and not doing cardio at all.
 
Yeah I'm also curious how this is your first cycle and you clearly say you ran a previous cycle... o_O
 
if you truly did gain 25lbs (and stayed at 9% bf) then that alone is enough reason why you don't need aas Yet

and clen as a performance enhancer.. idk i feel like tweaked out shit on the doses you listed personally

That was over about 6 months I belive I can provide dates if you'd like. Also the reason I gain so quickly was because I was immediately post surgery without working out for a year. So it's like I hadn't worked out before. And please explain the clen. Thank you for the response
 
Dude I honestly don't care if it's personal. It isn't going to change my opinion.

You're going to be told by many people here that you are too young. If you're able to achieve the stats you posted without gear, then you shouldn't be taking gear now. Wait a while, Your body will be grateful.

Are you aware of the risks associated with taking gear, at any age?

ime anything at/above 80mcg of clen gives me the shakes and cramps (literally the worst cramping of your life). idk how to explain it to someone who hasn't tried it, but the closest comparison to being on clen to me would be:

that feeling after sprinting balls-out a 100yd dash, the semi outta breath/intense heart pounding, thats what its like but lasts during your entire training/workout session. thats why i can't personally see it being beneficial to an athlete (who's not trying to cut weight)

Don't get me wrong it appears you got everything lay out pretty good (except, I don't see any pre-mid-post blood work). Heck, even better then most 23yr+ folks!

Do you plan to have children? What happen if your HTPA does not recover? If you don't recover and have low to none sex drive, what will then? Yeah, you might look like a god.. but kinda embarrassing when your dick goes on limp mode... guess, what the girl going to tell her friends about...

At your age.. I highly recommend that you train naturally..with the correct training and diet.. trust me bro.. you'll blow the F up!!!
 
18 years old? Definitely too young. I'm 21 and I regret ever starting. I did too much too early. I started right where you are. 500mg test e/week. Then once you see those gains you'll ask what else you can do to get more gains because no cycle you ever take will give you the same feeling as that first cycle. My dick didn't work for the longest time because of over and improper gear use too young, nearly ruined my relationship, am currently on 5mg of cialis a day because I still can't get it up. I have stretch marks from the middle of my lats to the middle of my biceps that look like I got in a knife fight. I never got bloods done so I can't attest to how my health was. Trust me and everyone else telling you that you're too young.. Because you are.
 
Too young man , wait it out till atleast 25. I starter young and regret it. My natural testosterone level took a dive. Not really fun when u cant get your dick up without cialis when off cycle.

I've read about the HTPA not fully returning to normal after a cycle, but that's why the post cycle therapy is important. I've read all of the risks, and yeah it can go bad or it can go good. Either way I would like to try. The biggest thing I am looking at Right now is keeping my scholarship, a full ride for swimming. It has been threatened to me and I've trained and dieted harder than anyone on the team. The coach tells us when the drug tests are so I'll be safe in those regards, but if you can help me with a more effective or better Pct that would be helpful. And thank you for the reply
