New member here, but I've been reading the forums for several months. I attached my post covid to current transformation. 265 to 211 lbs/6ft (28 y/o)

Now that I feel I have got to a decent starting place for AAS I will be starting off with a 500mg/wk test e cycle. Just put my order in and will have some ralox and aromasin on hand in case

Anyways hello everyone! I'm sure I'm not the only one who's gonna be lean bulking this winter lol

Welcome 500 test sounds like a great first cycle.
 
Welcome. Great weight loss. So many put on weight and got lazy over covid. I am the opposite. I drive a bus for a living. My daily hours went from 7.5 to 12 to 14 hours a day 6 days a week. I hardly have time tor three meals and only workout half what i used to. But my wife likes it that I'm never home and she has more money for dresses.
Hope your order comes through and you get what you paid for.
I'm guessing in your lurking here that is what you were looking at.
For me it is important to have a good relationship with my rep. I can send an email day or night and the longest i have ever waited for a reply is 2 hours.
If you didn't purchase from a good rep here may i boldly suggest taking pictures of what arrives and posting them with the name of the supply chain.
Seriously pinning an unknown is dangerous unless you have pharma trt.
If you aren't sure where or how you can always tag the pic to tiredandhot just here in your intro. He is a person I would trust. If he says it is a reliable supply than obviously it is up to you what you do. There is always a risk and that risk is yours. If not toss it in the bin. It isn't worth even considering pinning something that may have been put together in a strangers house.

I imagine it would be hard to bulk working those hours! I totally get what you mean that the risk is mine, I'm ready to accept that. My source was QSC (10vials test E), I read through a lot of the thread (which is crazy long lol) as well as several others and for my goals it seemed like the way to go.
Def gonna push the protein hard I foresee the grocery bill rising soon lol
 
I'm hoping so I will have plenty of test E, not gonna lie I was tempted to add var or dbol as well but I'd rather see how I react to this first. I'll put those on the backburner for the future
Very basically dbol is like test. So guys use it as a test blast pre workout. Pre meals or pre bed. Up to you. Var is very different. Still awsome pre workout. Perhaps better. But very different. Do a little more homework on those orals. Gyno from dbol on a test only cycle happens often. Not as likely on var. As I said this is basic. Orals are complicated and liver toxic. A lot of research on them first.

The difference between 200mg and 500mg will be much stronger on side effects than it is on strength. You just worked hard to get from 265 to 211. A shit ton of Test and Dbol will get you back to 265. So I would reduce the dose of Test, you can stack it with Masterson or Primo to add definition. And think about adding T3 to keep your appetite and the weight at bay, as you transform.

I agree with you if he is a beginner, then the difference between 200 and 500 will be in side effects and not in the benefits of results.

I have never done injections before. I ran 8 weeks of ostarine while losing weight, but did not notice a lot from it. I definitely don't want to balloon but up, I think looking at a hardener to add in may be a good choice.
Gonna do more research on oral first and I'll look into T3 !

I was shaking the first time I injected. But once you pop, you can't stop. Just get a thin needle with the syringe. Higher the gauge, the easier it goes in.

The issue with going full blown oral is you lose much of the efficacy during the digestion process and it kills your liver, lose-lose.

If you are looking to keep your model physique while hardening, then the only oral I would recommend is stanozolol. Stan (ironically his name sounds like the product), can get you some nice, well-dosed caps. If you do decide to reach out to him, look into his pct caps. Don't believe the internet, I would definitely pct a little after a sarm like ostarine. I had higher than normal estrogen levels after mk677 (stay away from mk677, you will go up to 300 lbs in 2 months).

Going back to injecting. The type of test you mentioned has a normal dose of 300mg, so stick with 300 for now.

I'm wary of the gyno side effects for sure. Don't know if I'm prone to them but I'm planning on running raloxifene at first sign of anything off, and I'm open to getting it removed one day if I did ever develop it. Not that I'd want to waste that money if it can be avoided. From what I've heard about dbol it seems like a good mass builder but var sounds more well rounded imo.
Anyways I'll be waiting a good while a doing my research before ordering anything else. I'd rather get everything planned out and make like one big purchase a year if I can

I'll probably be a bit shaky my first time injecting as well lol. I'll get the wife to do it occasionally but I wanna get it down on my own as well.

It literally took me like 30 minutes before I finally stuck the needle in my delt for the first time. Lol. It's actually almost painless now but you couldn't convince me before.

Glutes are the way to go. Quads are much easier, but more likely to cause damage. 25g is good. But I would go with one inch. I think others should weigh in. 1 or 1.5? What is the consensus?

Glutes are challenging. Easy to initially pin, but hard to keep steady at that angle when you are releasing the poison. Hence my recommendation of 1 inch because your unsteady hand may push 1.5 too far in. Also, do the needful at an angle, otherwise once again you may hit something unexpectedly.

MK677 is interesting and it will definitely increase your gains. But to me it is #1 appetite increaser. So, if your interested in restoring some weight after cutting, it's worth a try.

That's hilarious, I can see how it could cause some anxiety for the first time. I used to donate plasma frequently and they used a big ass needle. I figure this is small in comparison and it's in a muscle instead of a vein, guess I'll see soon enough haha

It's the awkward positioning that will move the needle dangerously around as you try to push the juice out of the syringe. You will be nervous the first time, so your hands will shake. When that happens to me besides the needle moving side to side inside of you, the needle will also move deeper in. And that's the moment I am thankful that my needle is 1 inch vs 1.5. I wanted people to weigh in before because there is a science to it. Maybe deeper is more effective.

This is all great advice. For someone but me. Twice I've tried to pin myself both times it all went in the bin. I asked my wife she said no problems. I asked two of my training mates they said sweet. So I can pin other people no problem. Can't even keep my eyes open when they swab me.
So I'm a pussy alright. But it is better if some one else does it if you have someone else or are worried. I'm different to most. If i tell my wife I'm not doing gear this week she slaps me down with a stfu.
She likes how i look on cycle how happy I am and how nice it is to rub my hands all over my body. Oh she likes to do that too.;) so she makes me do it.
Anyhow it isnt weak to get someone else to do it.
Those guys are manly men they can pin easily. I can't. We are all different. Even if you are going to do it yourself it doesn't hurt to have a spotter in case you faint.
