Hey guys, so first i just want to introduce myself as this is my first post here. I'm 39 5'7 180 and pretty new to all of this. About 4 months ago a coworker and good friend started me on a "trt" dose of test e. He's been training and enhanced for years and looks incredible! I've always known or at least thought to myself he must be doing something?! So I started talking about wanting to get to the gym and really get the body I want! And also wanting to feel good! Cause yes i was experiencing signs of low test, always sluggish and tired, low sex drive and well you know rest. He was all about helping me out and excited to see what happened as he told me he could tell I had the right frame and genetics. Wide shoulders naturally big forearms, short stocky and still looking like I'm 21 lol ... I started stopping at his place every Friday on the way home so he could do my injection .. 250 a week.
It has changed my life!!! 4 months later and I feel amazing!! Full of energy and excitement! I'm walking up with full hard ons and even having morning sex again!! MORNING SEX!! Shit even day sex when I get home from work sometimes! My wife loves it for sure! Lol its been years! Since we have been screwing like rabbits lol
I changed my diet I stopped eating all shit food ( I'm still trying to really learn nutrition) I've never worried about it before but I'm eating better I'm training in the gym 4 - 5 days a week and I'm training better and harder every day! After just a couple months of really working out right Im seeing awesome results in the mirror!!! I'm hooked!! I'm planning to start a actual "cycle" the 1st of august. I'm waiting till then to give me time to continue working on getting everything else dialed in, diet, gym, body fat% etc ... So here's my plan for a first cycle
12 weeks
Test E - 300 weekly
DECA - 300 weekly
Primo - 300 weekly
Is this a smart plan? Can I expect a decent gain in mass and definition? Are AIs really needed?
