First Steroid Cycle Expecting life change

Planning my first cycle and getting everything together to do it right. I am going to the thailand to get pharmacy grade steroids
Stats:
Age: 24 ( been waiting for this moment since i was 18, i didn't wanted to ruin my system, so i had to wait 6 years)
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 220lbs 14%bf
Diet now: 2800 Calories (45c/30p/25f) (maintenance)
Diet during cycle: 4500 calories (45c/30p/25f) (bulk)
Body Type: Ectomorph/Endomorph (skinnyfat)


Cycle:
Weeks 1 - 12 Test E 500mg (250mg monday / 250mg thursday)
Weeks 1 - 14 Liquidex .25mg EOD (bump to .5mg EOD if gyno/water retention occur)
Weeks 1- 13 HCG 250iu EOD (bump to 500 EOD if testicular atrophy occurs)

PCT:
Weeks 14 - 15 Liquid Clomi 100mg ED
Weeks 14 - 15 Nolvadex 40mg ED
Weeks 16 - 17 Liquid Clomi 50mg ED
Weeks 16 - 17 Nolvadex 20mg ED

Any advice or personal experince would be nice, also i can add my photos later on, and if anyone wants to join me in thailand, i would be glad

Personally with that body fat I would aim more for a lean bulk, 1700 over maintained will add a good amount of fat when it's all said and done.
 
Love it. You waited. Talking fucking numbers on your diet and shit. Looks like you have done your homework.
Imo - you have a bit to learn yet about diet and training with those stats - but i could be wrong because we don't know what you look like.
Suggestions:
Precycle bloods
Mid cycle bloods
Get pharm pct and AI
Run a log here so we can follow along.

The meal plan, also "lunch" is 2 seperate meals, and i add macaroni & cheese + steak now,(+bcaa,multivitamin) i was training 2 times a week, but i am going to start 4 times 2 month prior cycle, on cycle ill train everyday, or possibly twice a day

Listen to Notits on the pharmacy grade AI, clomid and PCT. I wouldn't go the liquid stuff but that's just me. Good luck

2 days a week training is very very bad , going from that to every day possibly 2 times a day is over training. I suggest you go read on the training forum , I don't mean to be an ass but your not even close to being ready , going to thailand to get pharm grade gear and then using liquid ai is just plain foolish.
 
@Notits got it right for sure pharma AI and PCT don't screw around with those. Also bump PCT one week further back starting week 15 and run Hcg to week 14. It takes 5 half lives for your dose of test e to be in a low enough level to let your body recover (half life of e is 4-4.5 days). Training everyday or 2x a day is going to yeild less results then training 4-5 days a week. Steroids aren't magic you need to rest still if you don't you'll spin your wheels for nothing
 
I am here to hear advices, not to argue, i can't argue with people who have more exp then me, only option i have left is to listen or ignore your advices, but i am here for only one reason to read and understand more before pinning, once you pin there is no going back, could someone please change my steroid program ? and write down the right way to do it, i could do it myself, but i am afraid to miss something, as english isn't my native language

I am lazy to train alone, my "friends" only go to gym twice a week, even tho i have home gym, its really hard to push myself when i am alone, I will start losing my gains if i take more time off then time on ? I am not even close to my natural limit

So many red flags! You are not ready for steroids. Dial in your training and nutrition! This should be a lifestyle addiction not a "lazy to train" lifestyle
