Hey,

First Post here, so sorry if im in the wrong place.

As mentioned above im about run my first cycle, I’ve planned to do Test E and Anavar.

So, my question is:
Is it a big difference between running on 300mg/week for about 6.5 weeks and running at 250mg/week for 10 weeks?

Each variant splitting the weekly dose on to dosage s week to keep level more stable.

Also, i read about running the first weeks only test and adding the var later - but this seems unclear and controversial over here, let me know your experience/advice at this.

Run 300mg for 12 weeks, possibly longer. First cycle can make a lot of gains and E is a long ester. My opinion is 400 to 500mg, some guys advocate less.

Yeah I would say at least 400. For some people 250 would barely put them outside of the normal range

Using orals at the start of the cycle is quite standard, as many esters take a while to kick in and orals are near instantaneous. So when starting a cycle you start to feel the gains from the starting day. It honestly makes very little difference when in your cycle you run them, except if you run orals which bring water weight and then drop everything at the end; you will see a lot of your "gains" go down the toilet as all that water weight accumulated dissapears quite fast.
