First time on DNP what to look out for?

Hey guys so I am on my first day of crystal DNP 250mg and am planning on taking 250mg ed for 2-3 weeks depending on how I feel. However, even though I'm going to stay low there are always going to be adverse reactions with certain people. Furthermore, what ought I look out for as in I'm getting sick and/or should take it seriously enough to go to the ER? I appreciate any input from people who have taken DNP. Thanks!
 
To start, everyone reacts to different compounds differently, so you might Clen might be harsher on you than DNP.

That being said, are you saying you took 800mg of DNP per day and lost 3 pounds in 4 weeks and you were happy with those results? It seems as though your DNP was bunk or underdosed. And losing 0.75 pounds per week dieting drug-free should be easily attainable my man.

BUT DNP is WAY over stated for weight loss and dangers. 1 fucker dies and everyone looses their shit.

I actually went on a diet for 6 weeks because my friend paid me 200$ to see if I actually would.

I bought from Dinitro dosed at 300mg per cap.

I actually have a EXTREMLY hard time losing weight which is why I don't try...doing cardio ED, eating in perfectly and I once even hired a coach to help and I fired his ass because I lost more on my own.

I'm not here to fight with anyone. I am simply stating my opinion.

My friend ran 800mg for 2 weeks and lost 10lbs, and didn't have a SINGLE side affect and he eats 1000 calories daily and does a shit load of cardio.

Imo OP needs to sort out his training/nutrition. Training for 4 hours is not only counterproductive. It is stupid. I think people needs to focus more on training/nutrition and less in drugs.
Totally agree man.

I ONLY take steriods because I train to hard to recover natty. no joke.

fucking a right? I dont know, ha. Never cared for weight loss...dont give a shit about how I look to impress dudes in the gym or whores.

I had abs once in my life....guess what? NO more attention from girls or more sex.

I gain around 50lbs....small gut...guess what? REAL girls don't care about how you look. I actually get more action and attention from girls because I look like a big ass tank walking.

I'm not trying to be mean. If you want to be shredded...GO FOR IT. do your thing man. Whatever makes you happy. I encourage any fitness goal if its TRULY whatt you want.
 
I'm at 17/18%BF and understand what you mean about difficult to lose fat, but you do know with a strict enough deficit of calories and enough cardio, it's scientifically impossible not lose fat (unless you have a glandular problem). You just have to be dedicated enough to your goal.

Now you don't care to be shredded, so there-in lies the real reason. But to each there own, however you wanna be, is your business and no one else's. But for me, even though I'm married, I don't train to look good for girls, I do it to look good for me :) which I'm sure you do too, just sounds like the ladies are cool with it

Honestly, I dieted for 14 weeks at a deficet and taking ECA, doing carido ED 45 mins, powerlifting style and lost maybe 6lbs....Not for me.

And yeah, I lift with dudes that only care about being shredded. I do lift to look good...for ME. I am my own maker in this world and if i like how I look..well...feel. Thats what matters.

How did you dieted? Did you do refeeds? Did you counted calories at myfitnesspal? Did you started at TDEE and then slowly decreased calories?

I dieted with 6 meals a day, anabolic diet, 2100 calories. weekly refeeds of 600 carbs only on that day.

I ate 6 meals that NEVER changed. ALWAYS weighed out and measured...ALWAYS
 
Yes but @xupc is saying did you figure out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Exoenditure)? Did you move calories in to a deficit based off some kind of maintanance phase? Did you then continue to keep up your original basal activity or did you lower it since you were dieting? We're you eating the types of foods that would trigger insulin and hormonal responses to store fat rather than burn it? There are a lot of factors, but it is science.

You were right to fire your "coach" but there are plenty out there that know what there doing and would tailor anything to your needs. But like you said, your chill where your at, so why fucks with it

A few things jumped out at me here.. 600carbs is a lot even for a refeed. If your 6 meals never changed.. that's why you stopped losing weight. You have to adjust calories down as you lose weight or you'll stall. You may have had to go below 2100, depending on your weight. Keep protein high and carbs low 6 days out of the week and double them on your refeed day (not 600g.). I've dieted from 190 to 160 in 12 weeks to get shredded.. but I did it natty and lost too fast and lost muscle. That was over a year ago.. now I'm back to 190 and still going :cool:
 
@Marcus yeah man for the time being I'm doing fine and haven't really had all that many side effects. Here's my thing with DNP though, it's like I know it is dangerous and I know I could die/be permanently damaged. The thing is that I've looked over those prospects and am fine with the possible consequences. You won't catch me saying 'oh help me guise!!!', Nor will you find me crying that I didn't know. If I get fucked up (and it is very possible) I will gladly pay that price. I've OD'd on Vicodin before and I didn't cry for help, I rode it out and force vomited because it was what had to be done. I know the score bro..
 
Also so for the Most noticeable side effects have been as follows: Tiredness, night sweats, and difficulty catching my breath during workouts/walking (it's what I imagine tren to be like), random heat waves (often while at rest).

Strangely my lifts have gone up a little, however my workload is just less as I can't keep going. Without pre workout don't know how I'd get out of bed.

YES i lowered calories, and my reffed where 400-600.

I lost muscle when i misread a keto diet...I actually cycle for around 20 weeks...if not more.

Yeah wasn't trying to come off like a prick lol but I just don't quite understand how people get seemingly upset when or if someone else puts something in your body. And it's not like the people dying from the shit are giving it a bad name as it is relatively unknown outside the bodybuilding community anyway. Anyway wasn't trying to be douchey:)
 
dnp is dangerous and i agree with marcus you can put what you want in your body,
but you also have to know that alot of the newbies on here believe every thing they read and are looking at our posts to get good advice , and taking dnp is not good advice
