Thank you to everyone who has made such a contribution to this board. I learn something new every time I log on. I am a competitive powerlifter and am starting my first cycle this weekend. I am a little confused about what dosages I should run and I am looking for a little insight.
I have read both CME and Anabolics 2004 and both Rea and Llewellyn recommend mild cycles with low dosages as beginner stacks but it seems most everyone here recommends a more aggressive 1st time cycle. Any insight into this would be appreciated.
I plan on doing the following cycle:
wk1-10: Test E. @ 250mg/wk
wk1-10: Deca @ 200mg/wk
wk1-4: D-bol @ 20mg/day
Is this too mild for a beginner cycle? My current training is focused on getting stronger and losing a little bodyfat. As a powerlifter, I am not as worried about gaining size.
Also, is PCT an absolute necessity at these low dosages? I do have access to arimidex if needed.
Finally, I am 32 yrs. old, at 235lbs. with ~18% bodyfat. I compete at 220lbs.
Thanks in advance for the help. Also, if any powerlifters want to post their current cycles, I would be more than interested in hearing them, as most of the gear conversation is bodybuilding related.
