First tren run, second cycle

What's up guys, it was about time to jump back on. I using 24k test prop and his mast p. Not sure if the mast p is what its suppose to be, inconclusive labmax. The tren is component. I'm looking to recomp, as I have gained a bit of fat over the past few months. First cycle was test e,tbol,mast e. This is my second cycle

1-10 Test prop 30mg daily- 210mg wk
1-10 mast prop 50mg daily- 30mg wk
1-8 tren ace 40mg daily- 280mg wk. (Will ramp up after I access tolerance)

Unsure of when to start HCG, I was thinking maybe week 2
250iu X2 weekly

I am using pharm grade adex 0.5mg eod
Trying to prevent gyno flare. Have a small fiberous lump under right nipple I'd like to keep under control.

nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50

This will kinda be an open discussion about my tren experience and critique as well
 
Don't think you need to run the pct so high clomid 100/50/50/25 and nolva 40/20/20/20/10 would be more then enough. The cycle looks pretty good I'm a fan of the light dosages out up as it indicates your using it as a supplement and not a crutch so right on. The tren if your good with it is go to 70mg ED but of course assess tolerance first. Hcg start week 2 and your dosage is good.

Way to have a solid lay out man look forward to seeing how it goes
 
Will EQ help with the gassing out effect from tren ace for a lot better cardio for full contact sports if you wanted to run test/trenA/EQ together ?
 
Yea me too, hopefully the sides aren't too bad with tren. Pretty excited about this run. I am prepared to jump ship at any time I can't handle it.

Can anyone tell me about the fat loss aspect. I have cut my carbs significantly. Looking for some sort of advice on how to do this. I was gonna do ketosis, but unsure of it. If I do have carbs it's from fruit and greens.

I have been on 3 days now, and nothing to report except I had some bomb ass sex, dick was hard as a fucking bat. Its like I could keep pumping blood into at will. It was weird.

I'm taking diphenylhydramine, unisom, and Mary Jane for sleep. Slept fine last night, probably will bite my tongue on this. I don't sleep well regardless
 
You don't have to cut carbs significantly in order to see results. I am a huge fan of keto diets but they aren't for everyone. For starters you can't eat any fruit and all your carbs should come from rich coloured greens (broccoli, spinach, asparagus, etc) and Avacados. You want to stay under 30 net grams of carbs a day total carbs minus fibre = net carbs. Not in order to lose body fat keto isn't neccasary unless you want to eat basically just meat and cheese and eggs (there's lots more but that's the main groupings). I'd suggest just lower carbs a tad and keeping yourself in a 700 cal deficit not in keto to start with and the leaner you get the more you lower your carbs in order to keep that 700 deficit.
 
That's basically what I was kinda planning to do. Most of my carbs come from fruit. I work am a drywall hanger, so I constantly am moving and lifting, all day.I know my body, and I'm just gonna tweak ot around.
 
In all honesty id try and drop most of the fruits and have more complex carbs like oats and brown rice or sweat patato, I find for long hard days at work it gives me more constant energy rather then the spike in energy for 30 mins that a orange will give me
 
I'm also on my first tren run. Im also running 500 mg cyp a week. I'm running 24k tren a. I also will use 24 k test cyp when I finish this bottle of paddock test cyp I scored. I'm starting the tren at 50mg eod. I'm really considering doing 50mg Ed. I have been getting great bonners since I started the tren. I'm trying to figure out new spots to pin. I been on about 10 days. The tren only 2 pins. But my sex drive is on point. I'm also gonna run .5 adex, but e3d. That too is pharm grade. I'm really excited to see the tren in action. I dont think u need the adex on only 200mg testper week. Save some money on that. 200 probably would naturally put u around 50 ish estrogen. And mast has a mild lowering effect. Or lower the dosage. .5 eod seems overkill for non aromatizing and near trt testosterone.

I have a script for pharm grade test from
Trt clinic. Doc is generous and gives me 200mg per week. On that dose I dialed by trial and studying blood labs here, on pin day 200mg test Cyp. I'd take .5adex and then .25mg E3D until next pin which was 6 days later. When cruising like that I only pin once per week, sorry get lazy. I checked bloods after 4 days and test levels still capped 1500+ and estrodial was 20. Sorry to hijack thread il leave now....lol

Btw that was 3 weeks ago. Now on a differ protocol and not on pharm grade. Savin them sripts and runnin ugl everything. Peace
 
Also when would be a good time to get bloodwork? Isn't there a false elevation of e2 with tren, which test do I order to get the real e2 number?

I like to get early labs like 2~3 weeks in to get a peek at the hormone, AI and how my body is responding . Then il do labs again 6 weeks in. The quotes below are from the lab section. It's the bloods sticky from our resident blood work guru member @Burrr. His research is appreciated.

I'm assuming by your post that the LabsMD test will not be skewed by Deca or Tren.
I misread and thought that any of those tests would be skewed.

That is correct, all of the tests done by labsmd are accurate for 19-nors. The tests from private MD will only read correctly if you upgrade to an LC/MS type of test.

The quick carbs should be saved for post workout.
 
The may eat one cutie orange and 1 banana a day. Other than that my carbs are ancillary except for the small amount I get in my daily grilled chi Ken salad

I forgot to mention, I just started a eca stack a couple days before the cycle
200mg x3 caffeine
25mg ephedrine x3 daily

I will keep an eye on my BP and heart rate, I may cut this depending on how I feel
