been taking my training volume down a bit and hitting 20m of cardio after. 15 sets per body part fast tempo. gonna use this article to guide my depletion/carb up

weighing in at about 222. starting to drop some of that cyp water. winstrol is getting me nice n grainy and looking very vascular. still have some oblique fat to drop. been getting about 45m cardio seperately a day also. gonna drop calories another 100-150 and post my deplete/carb up idea soon. gonna run letro for a week at 1.25mg ED to help me dry out as well. drop test/npp a week and run the mast, oral winstrol, anavar and liquid winny the last wk. carbs will load about 200-250g ED = about 650 total carbs. gonna keep fat lower during that time and lower my protein a little bit too. i get to pick my song i come out to also right?? i have a great idea haha THROWBACK banger to get the crowd hype. need a slight spray tan also, gonna get that about 3 days before the show. pic taken end of the night, after chest/cardio, on about 125 carbs for the past 3 weeks

Yea, you get to pick the music you pose too. Have you practiced your posing routine? I'd find out how many seconds the song has to be so you can edit it and practice posing to it asap.

actually just talked to a buddy doing the same show and physique doesnt get to pick their own music damn. this is what i was gonna go with lol



i've practiced my posing. first is the left hand on hip i kinda hop into it and flex the left tri, then pivot to a full lat spread, then pivot back to left hand on hip and then straight forward front pose pulling delts back and blowing out lats showing the V taper..i tan 2-3x a week but i def need to get more tan. gonna just go with a spray from palm beach. no need to get orange i dont think that spray gets me dark and looks natural. gonna trim the hair a little too. cant wait to shave my head after this i fucken hate having hair. a shape up with a 1 and fade on the sides straight across the back and im good but i appear aggressive due to my strong facial bone structure lol. gotta look pretty not like a prison body.

dyazide is in. any idea on dosing this shit?!? research says 12.5mg the night before and 12.5 mg the morning of and sip water..would like a verifying opinion though. halo should be in to run the last 3-4 days. gonna keep my NPP in sunday monday and tuesday during my deplete phase cuz i feel this really helps me keep size on a low carb. test will be cut tomorrow and maybe just hit 50mg prop a few times before the show. letro will start sunday @ 1.25mg ED.. my fuse is short and the temper is raging. flamed a co worker today and have been a general dickhead around the office according to some other co workers lol not to them luckily, just the problem co worker and at general situations. FUCK IT. the aggression is great for the gym. im sure halo will just increase that. im assuming the aggression is from the mast cuz test alone keeps me a happy go lucky laid back individual like i am. maybe the winstrol too. gonna increase my injectable winny to 50 a day with the 50 of tabs per day and have 25mg of var for the last 4 days ill run also. my liver is prob taking a beating but im hitting liv52 twice daily and 700mg milk thistle with tons of water and occasional post workout pineapple which is good for liver as well. i dont run many orals other than this cycle. got more albuterol also, ran about 5-6 days of it and got some rapid fat loss so ill be running 12mg albuterol ED from saturday-tuesday, then cut the albuterol during my carb up. i plan on cruising on prop for the final month after my show to let the EQ clear, then banging 1000mg HCG for 5 days in a row and then PCT. will be off roughly 4-5 months, i been on majority of this calendar year.
 
Still a great thread, man. My temper was always short while dieting for a show up until the last two weeks. Then I became mute and focused. Good luck man.

feeling depleted lol..45g carbs today. less tomorrow, zero tuesday! yay. upping liquid winny to 50mg ED and 50mg tablets ED. thinking about starting the letro on wednesday or tuesday instead of today, i took asin today 12.5mg. posing is getting a bit more fluid too but honestly i just wanna get as lean as possible the show is secondary in my mind. im competing with myself in the mirror. pretty excited for football season and this meso fantasy league too. two more days of albuterol and fat loss mode before the carb up. peak week baby

well halo is no fucken joke! popped my 30mg before a depletion arm workout and the pump was insane, veins everywhere and arms bulging. gonna run that 30mg a day til the contest. got some var to take starting tomorrow about 25mg per day til saturday. drying out slowly, letro has been doing the trick. gonna do one more depletion day tomorrow. i need another fat burning/albuterol day so instead of carbing up in the AM, im gonna do cardio (havent done it the past 3 days been too tired) go no carb the day, lift at night and begin carbing after my workout at 9PM. vitargo, pasta, sweet potato high carbs low fat and same protein. thatll happen again on thursday and friday with no workouts. maybe a light arm pump and a walk for cardio if i feel the need but prob nothing. dont know if ill use this dyazide, seems risky. tomorrow depletion is gonna be chest/back/shoulders then let the carbs commense, i weighed 220 even tonight after my workout.

just ate: 10mg halo, 30mg winstrol, 1.25mg letro
will eat: another 20mg halo (2 split doses), 25mg anavar, 30mg winstrol before bed tonight

I agree with Heady...looking really lean...you outta do well!! Plus at 6' 3" you're gonna be way taller than anyone else. Good luck man...

The show is tomorrow...right?
