I know alot of pro's talk about the art of timing it right in contest prep . I think that takes lots of practice . Most feel they'll look a lil better the following week or two .

so the show went well. i had a lot of fun and learned a fuck ton. i didnt place, but gave it my all. i was by far the biggest one of the novices and think if i had prepared closer to ten weeks rather than 6 i coulda made some noise. my buddy won the physique and the overall, hes a freak. all natural too. wouldnt be surprised if he got his pro card next year. ill have some show pix pretty soon. i forgot to get oiled down during the prejudge and i think thats what coulda fucked me by the time finals came around. i went to a japanese steak house between prejudging and finals and slammed cupcakes, chick fil a, and cookies last night lol. all orals have been dropped, my liver and kidneys need to recover. ill be hitting prop for 3ish weeks to let the EQ clear..gonna get some bloods done in a few weeks when im hitting prop just to see where my levels are and then bloods again 2-4 weeks AFTER my last PCT. pct is clomid/nolva/asin if necessary and HCG for 5 days before @ 1000mg. or should i do 10 days @ 500mg during my last prop shots? idk i like the 5 days better. then ill be going all natural til feb 2016. what i wanna do is start off 2016 with an all out bulk (semi-clean) and then cut down. after that cut do as many shows as possible cruising on prop and hitting tren and anavar when show time gets close (4-6 weeks) i believe anavar is a mild enough oral at a moderate dose to hit throughout the year for competitions. well see but thats my vision.
 
Like I said earlier , you"ll be pissed when you look better in a week or two . It sounds like it was positive experience , and a learning process .

here are a couple stage pix. as u can see my BF% was simply not low enuff..luckily thats something i can correct along with my posing. met a cute chick backstage. hitting posing clinics, meeting with judges and connected ppl and consulting with bodybuilding docs to monitor my health. gonna be cruising for the time being instead of running PCT. cruising on test enth @250mg/wk split into 2 injections...then run a blast around december/jan to try n add some mass before getting into contest shape around april. 2016 ill try to hit a show every 6 weeks..compounds ill be using regularly are: test prop, npp, anavar, tren a, and maybe mast prop if i can find legit shit..i drew up some proposed blasts/contest prep cycles but i plan on keeping my BF low enough to not have to diet very long to get in condition. instead just add tren and var for the 3-4 wks leading up to show then cruise on test between shows

Sounds good man! Keep us with you on your journey. Thanks for the picks. I have been thinking again about trying to compete after I heal up from a quad injury. This thread is inspiring.

You're a warrior now brother. Anybody that has diet for a BB Show or these physique shows knows what a battle it is. You should be proud and the experience is worth more than any trophies. From the pics you were lean as hell. Nice. Congrats Flexx.
 
thanks fam. ill keep everything updated in this thread periodically. gonna be studying diet habits and consulting with some experts in the field too. my main interest is manipulating sodium/water..dont think i did that well enuff. also for the cruise do you think ill need an AI @ 250mg test a week? ill get bloods done in a week or so to check the liver values and then in another 4-6 weeks once im off the prop and the enth is in my system to check estro
 
Hey man if you're really interested in learning how to diet/prep you need to check out gear'd up podcast. They interview all kinds of pros and diet/prep coaches. I have learned a lot from listening to them. They are bodybuilders so you will hear them bash physique competitions but don't let it detract. They are usually full of info and pretty entertaining as well.
 
just a quick little update.. been in touch with getting a prep coach and team so i can get the best possible cycle/diet/training recommendations. im slowly leaning out still, weighing in at 217lbs holding my size nicely. cruising on 250-300mg test cyp and hitting some prop EOD (100mg) while this builds up in my system. gonna run the prop til about week 4 and then drop it as the cyp will be in my system. at that time ill have to switch over to DYEL test e for cruising, ive read some good reports that its smooth and dosed correctly. if anyone has feedback on the DYEL test e id appreciate that. goal is to continue to slowly lean out until Mid-October in which ill begin a 6 week bulk. ill keep my cruise dose of test and hit NPP @ 100mg ED and test prop @ 50mg ED. aromasin will prob need to be 12.5mg EOD..maybe ED not sure ill be very conscious of the nips and acne (my main side effect from high estro). other than that im feeling fucken great. i love this shit and happy i can put all my efforts towards competing. posing is getting smoother and improving drastically. after the blast ill cruise for a little more and then end of january im gonna run a heavy bulk, incorporate drol or dbol, with about the same 700mg NPP weekly and probably a gram of test between the prop and my cruise dose. need size on upper chest, delts and mid-back. that 6-8week blast should finish mid march and allow me enough time to diet down so by the end of april i can be 6 weeks out all year, then pick and choose the shows and fucking kill it. want to try tren low dose (50mgED) for pre contest but not excited about the possible side effects, thats why im sticking to NPP for these next 2 schedules bulks. the liver should be recovered by then and ill get bloods to confirm so i can add a bulking oral. Ill be getting bloods done anyway in 3 weeks to monitor my cruise levels so ill gladly post that for analysis. will post some pix too in the next week or so
 
alright so i got my cycle back from my prep coach. originally it was basically everything a fuck ton of peptides up to 5iu of GH per day with slin. he is set on me running GH even if its just 2iu per day but i just cant rationalize spending so much on that..not where i am currently in my finances i cant afford that in good conscious. maybe in a few years..oh well..heres what ill be running.

sustanon @ 500mg/wk 16 weeks
test e @ 250mg/wk 16 weeks
eq @ 600mg/wk 16 weeks
tren enth @ 300-400mg/wk 10 weeks
dbol @ 50-100mg pre workout 4-6 weeks
apidra slin fastest acting @ 10iu preworkout 3 days/wk ..maybe month on month off

i have plenty of pre/intra/post workout carbs. post workout meal is 8oz chicken, 12oz potatoes, 2 cups mixed veggies. other 4 meals after that are 60-65 protien, 18-22 fat and green veggies.
 
prob will actually hold off on the tren enth, esp while the dbol is in me. dont know if i should even be running tren enth with my test total at 750/mg. thats something ill ask. what are your guys thoughts? high test low tren or vice versa?
 
UPDATE

diet is treating me well..gaining some weight and not much body fat. cycle starts soon, currently cruising on test with 50-100mg prop EOD. cycle will be the biggest one ive done yet fucken pumped!!! same as i mentioned above but no slin. supps are creatine 10g a day, glutamine 10g, eaa, intra-md as my inner workout drink. heres a pic. no longer will be posing like this though but its to bad i got the hang of it after my show lolflex friday.jpg
 
I bet you'd love high tren low test. 800 -1 gram of tren and 200mg test both Enan and those are ew doses pinned 2 times.

sheesh a gram of tren! im gonna start with the tren enth at 300mg/wk and see how i like the high sust low tren combo. started dbol @ 50mg in the am today. maybe add another 25mg in there during the afternoon hours. hit 225x35 on squat rack today with a narrow stance quads were singin and the wheels r growing!! tomorrow is eq 300mg. lets get this BLAST underway! ordered some cjc no dac and ipamorelin too, about 2 months worth. gonna get some recommendations on dosing and cycle length for the peptides from my coach but feel free to make comments as you guys got me this far! thanks fam

When are you eyeing your next show? The tren should thickening you up if you train heavy enough and get enough cals in. You should be able to gain some mass and not gain much in BF.
