Hi everyone, new here! I mostly just use lipo-c andpeptides like BPC and GLP-1s but glad I found this forum to try out new things! I started using Tirz in June for about 3.5 months but got severe fatigue and low bp. I lost about 30~ lbs total. Took a break for about 2 months and discovered Reta. So far it's been amazing and my energy is back and i'm still losing (SW210:CW174). I used bpc for my knee pain and so far its been working. I also recently got my all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was amazed how it just took 3 days to recover. I want to look more into using mots-c but have trouble finding the right dose (loading/maintenance). I read that it's reccommended to use ss31 first, but is it really necessary if I don't have any mitochondrial ailments?

Now that my weight is down, I want to start building some muscle and become more lean, what do you guys recommend to start? I also have a full gym setup if you guys don't mind sharing your routine haha

250 mg of testosterone per week will change a lot. It brings a lot with few side effects and a good feeling

Hey! No worries, it usually depends on the dose and source of the lipo-c you can change around your protocol. So far I’ve tried 3 sources (SolutionPeptides, MindfulResearch, and KimeraChems). I mostly use the MR and SP sources the most as KC burns me quite a bit. SP has 200mg of l-cart and 400mcg of b12 MR has only 20mg L-cart but 1mg of b12.

As for scheduling I do once a week of MR and whenever I feel like I need an extra boost I do SP every other day.

With dosing I prefer subq on my thighs and that’s 1ml/100units of either or. I don’t feel any burning with either but there is some pip and itchiness but it goes away pretty quick. But I’m going to try IM as it’s probably better for absorption.

I honestly haven’t seen a difference with how I feel or if I’ve been losing weight but with some people I know it’s been helping them with their energy/fatigue a lot.
 
Find an online workout plan and stick to it strong until you're experienced and competent on creating your own workout routine.

Run 300mg - 500mg of test for a cycle (everyone will argue about this) and I suggest something like Gamma Bomb by John Meadows for workout programs. It's a very detailed plan with a youtube video explaining almost every single lift, plus everyone loves John Meadows RIP.

Your lifting routine and nutrition will be 10x more important than the steroids though. Don't run a cycle if you're half assing in the gym or eating like crap. You'll waste your own time and money.
