Day 17
Well the taurine definitely helped. Still got back pumps but not crippling like last week, managed to finish deadlift sets and walk out of the gym. Recovery from them seems a bit quicker too.

A slight drop of 2lbs off the scales this week but think that coincides with me taking arimidex every day now instead of every other day, still not looking bloated or puffy which is a bonus and still up 10lbs from when i started.

No symptoms of gyno, feeling fantastic every single day and just pulled my shirt off infront of friends and they can see a noticeable difference in my body spread and the size of my shoulders, which is a confidence boost.
 
Day 18
Almost end of week 3, think people appear to be taking more note of me now, getting lots of stares in the gym which is neither a good thing or bad thing, balooning after workouts, feel like the hulk!

6Th bloody pin today! Never ever thought I would say that let alone do that, all for the pursuit of aesthetics! But pinning is easy now, no pip, no issues.

The arimidex at 0.5mg everyday has started to raise its ugly head with sides, getting achey joints, specially my knees so will drop down to 0.5mg every other day and see how it goes, no other sides other than that.

Getting mild back pumps still, only have about 2 weeks left on the Dbol so I can put up with it for now and the taurine helps (I think).

Ploughing through workouts, adding weight progressively and adding a couple of extra reps to get nice and fatigued.

Not sure whether it was because of Deadlifts yesterday but my calves were burning like hell on the treadmill this evening when I was doing my cool down, they felt really fatigued and haven't worked legs this evening.

Off out for a big feed tonight, hopefully that will put the energy back into them.
 
Day 19
End of week 3, weekend of rest ahead; its been a great week, progressed on every lift and certainly noticing physique changes.

Joints feeling a little better today after dropping back down the arimidex to 0.5mg every other day, still no gyno symptoms thankfully.

Backpumps seem to be easing as im now taking 5mg of taurine every pre-workout.

Strangely my calves have been really getting fatigued quite easily and i cant work this out. At the end of every workout i do 20 mins on the treadmill, 5km speed at an 8.5% incline, usually i can complete this no problem, but this week my calves have been burning like fuck 5 mins in, only thing i can think of is the extra weight ive been lifting with my legs, but they feel fine other than my calves. Weird

Next week im going to be in a position where all my lifts are up 10kg+ and im pretty fucking amazed at that in just 3 weeks. Makes me feel a bit crap the slow progress i made doing it natty
 
keep up the log! week 5-6 it really begins to pick up, you're still going up the roller coaster. the best part is still yet to come.

some people get calf pumps, some back pumps from gear, that might be part of the reason?

You could be right! Didnt cross my mind that it could be calf pumps, although its more a fatigued feeling in my calves where as the back pumps i have had have been crippling tight pain and not a fatigue feeling. Makes sense though i suppose.

oh boy sometimes i get retarded back pumps, so tight and sore it makes me feel like im going to throw up. walking on an incline my calves always get hit a little bit tight, my lower back too.

I know what you mean, the ones i had last week, i couldn't even walk on the treadmill after deadlifting, i had to sit in the car for 5 mins before i could even drive the pain was so crushing. Such a weird sensation.
 
Day 22
These days every time i go to the gym its like going for the first time, not only does it feel great but im really pushing the limits of my body seeing what i can now lift.

7Th pin today, still no pip, no issues with protocol, i think i have this nailed now.

Still running arimidex at 0.5mg every other day, sore joints have gone and feeling fine. Do notice my joints seem to click a bit more than usual but no soreness.

Ive put on a whopping 15lbs in 3 weeks, my waist has stayed the same but my legs are causing all my trousers to become tight. I can cleary see a physical difference in my body and when i get gym pump i feel beastly.

Time is flying by, Dbol will be finsihed end of next week and ive definitely caught the steroid bug, already want to line up another cycle with some tren and test.

I seem to be getting pumps everywhere now, in my lower back, calves, biceps and forearms, even with the taurine it feels like my skin is going to explode off my body, its all worth it though.
 
Day 23
The euphoria feeling has dulled down since last week, i guess on a steady dose you cant expect to feel like that all the time, yesterday though i was fighting a shitty mood, yet i had or havent any reason for a shitty mood. Still smashed my gym session but just felt a little different in myself.

Everything is otherwise going great, lifts and stamina still going up, weight still going up, pump is looking beastly and i seem to be getting laid quite frequently too probably because my confidence is up.

Still getting pumps in forearms, lower back and calves every workout and I'm just having to suck it up and power through, still taking taurine at 5mg every day, think it takes the edge off but by no means rids it.

Day 24
Fuck me the back pumps were crippling tonight, by set 5 I had to shed 30kg off the bar just so i could finish all my sets; i then had a very slow awkward walk back to the car.

Got home an dropped some ibuprofen and had a hot bath, feel fine now. Hope this subsides when i finish the Dbol next week.

Mood is okay today, not flying but not feeling shitty either.
 
Dbol sucks when your working anything that will incorporate your back into your workouts.
Yeah im starting to learn that the very hard way. Dbol felt so good the first two weeks, euphoria, feeling godly, now its fucking me in the ass whilst pulling my hair and calling me a bitch.

Still, wouldn't change my first cycle for the world.
 
Day 25
Saw my sister yesterday, first time in over a month, she said im looking huge so that was a great boost because you dont notice fully how much your body can change when its you looking in the mirror.

Missed my pin yesterday and my diet went to pot yesterday and today as I've just become a dad, managed to pin today and just chuck as many calories i could down my neck; ploughed through my gym session as i was so fuckin tired.

Managed to catch up on sleep and will be back on form with diet etc tomorrow.
 
Day 26
Great session in the gym, but ive started to notice one or two things which im monitoring closely.

Ive started getting nosebleeds at random and i also have two huge pooping veins either side of my head, could be my blood pressure is high, feel fine though otherwise.

Increased vascularity I'm not too worried about as all my veins are pretty much popping, so it could be ive just not noticed them, but the nosebleeds, if they don't clear up in a few days ill maybe see the doc and get a once over.

Still on arimidex 0.5mg EOD and no gyno sides etc
