Fox 1st Cycle

Day 27
Start of week 5 and half way through my first cycle.

Weight is up 15lbs in total, all lifts have increased by 10kg and i have increased reps; added 25kg on leg workouts.

Not put on any more weight this week, although my trousers are getting looser around the waist but tighter around the legs!

Nosebleeds the last few days seemed to have stopped today which is a relief.

Just finished my first vial, was a pain in the ass drawing up the last bit in the vial, measured 0.8 of a ml so a slight underdose to my usual 1ml.

Dbol is almost finished and will be done the end of this week.

Really need to push myself harder these last 5 weeks to maximise gains and im still eating like a monster.

Been getting pump in my biceps which is a bitch, when i curl i can only contract to about 75%, feel like a right fucking pansy retard.
 
Day 28
I realised today after my gym session that i have been doing myself a disservice.

Ive been noting that my lifts have increased by 10kg and leg lifts by 25kg however this is per side. So total increase is 20kg on all lifts and 50kg on legs.

When i record my lifts for progress im in the habit of only counting what's on one side of the bar as the other side is exactly the same, hence only 10kg on one side.

Been having a killer headache today and feeling a bit lethargic, managed an hours nap which makes me feel a bit better but still got the headache. Not sure if its sides related or what. And the veins popping on the side of my head, they bloody pulse! Might be blood pressure is high. See how it goes the rest of this week and after i come off the Dbol.
 
Day 29
Drinking lots of water helped rid the headache apart from it had me pissing like a race horse.

Lethargy, headaches, nose bleeds all gone so no idea what that was all about.

Deadlift day today, back pumps came at me like a psycho bitch with a knife but taking some ibuprofen beforehand seemed to take the edge off, managed a walk back to the car without problems.

I like how big and juicy im looking in comparison to how i looked before the cycle, definitely getting more sex as a result which is a huge bonus considering im still like a fuck machine; never used to be this slutty before i cycled.

Still on 0.5mg arimidex every other day, no sides and no signs of gyno etc
 
Yeah i think you're right, i have to make a concerted effort to drink enough each day and i did feel better after doing it yesterday so will try and keep it up.
 
I live in the UK, blood tests are almost impossible to get unless you pay privately and then the cost of one test is more than the cost of an entire cycle.

So i have no bloods

I know im on steroids but hitting 140kg on my bench today after 4 years of lifting, it felt glorious!

Also really pleased with the growth in my chest and arms as these two parts really flag for me and the only way i can seem to hit them is heavy and often.

Have 3 days left of Dbol supply and then the rest is Test E only.

Have two weeks off work at the moment so ive eaten a bit dirtier than i had planned, the occassional pizza, chocolate, beer etc, ill get back on the clean eating when i go back to work, still eating like a machine.

I am definitely definitely doing another cycle after I have pcted and recovered from this one. The gains are insane!
 
Day 32, 33, 34

Condensed the last few days as things have been pretty hectic with the new baby.

Ive piled on 6lbs since last friday, so that takes me up 21lbs.

Dbol finally finished today after almost 5 and a half weeks and ill be glad to be rid of back pumps the most and am sure my liver will thank me for the break.

Over the last few days my sleep has been pretty shit and not only that but ive been dribbling, waking up in pools of spit; certainly dont feel nice.

Deadlift day today and i only managed 3 sets before i had to quit, the back pumps were crushing; really disappointed as i aim for a minimum of 5 sets, even deloading the bar i still couldnt finish. Hopefully things will start to improve with the Dbol out the way.

Tried to buy some new trousers the other day and my legs were so tight, the boot cut jeans i tried ended up like skinny jeans. May have to go up a waist size just to fit my legs in but i dont like a baggy waist. I like how firm and tight my ass is getting, been getting some good comments which is a bonus.

Libido is still making me like a donkey on heat but i cant be assed going through the pulling ritual so im smacking the monkey alot instead.

If im honest, getting anxious about finishing the cycle, loved the gains, hoping i can keep them.
 
Day 35
Dbol was finished yesterday, nice to not be popping pills 3 times a day.

Pinned earlier and for some reason the needle would just not go in, usually slides in like butter. Not sure if it was a blunt needle or what, but managed to pin in the end.

Approaching end of week 6, really feel like i could be doing more in the gym but think thats because ive been on holidays from work these last 2 weeks and ive had more time, back to work next week so am sure that will change; do need to make sure i push myself these last 4 weeks.
 
Day 36
End of week 6.

Nothing much really to report other than its been a decent week in the gym.

Ate a bit too much porridge for breakfast this morning, when i was leg pressing earlier it was coming back into my mouth, not a pleasant taste but i swallowed it and carried on.

Still getting lower back pump, if its still the same come Wednesday i may alternate my deadlifts and try sumo deadlift or maybe sumo squat. Really pissing me off.

Stomach is looking a bit bloated but thats because im a greedy fucker and have been chowing down on meat loaded pizzas this week as ive been off work. Didnt set out to dirty bulk so back on track as soon as Monday comes around.
 
Day 37

Honestly don't know whats wrong with me at the moment, i'm sleeping so bad it's really fucking annoying. When I do manage to get to sleep, it's so restless that I may aswell be awake and not to mention the amount of dribbling I am doing. Never ever had this problem before so not sure whether to attribute it to the roids or what.

On an upside, went to have my haircut yesterday and my hairdresser said I was looking huge; only saw her 4 weeks ago so that was a good compliment.

Still been getting mild pump too, but not as bad as when I was taking the Dbol, hoping this will subside further.

Back on a clean eating now, although eating some crap has certainly helped me pile the weight on and by the feel of my clothes, not too much of that is fat.
 
So looking back, would you do the dbol again? I have personally taken it out of my ideal cycle, just wondering if you had a different perspective on it now after what...4 weeks of it? To me it is just a maddening thing. On the one hand it definitely increases performance. Unfortunately for me, the back pumps limit both workload on the big lifts like squat and deadlift so much that i doubt i would ever do it again. Then add to that the fact that mowing the yard becomes an exercise in willpower and pain tolerance due to the pumps and it just becomes too much of a pain in the ass for me. Glorious drug, but no longer for me. Now do you see why a few guys were nudging you towards a test only cycle? Might have been a little different.

I was on Dbol for 5 weeks, would I do it again? Yes. It certainly helped kick start me and the crippling pumps can be avoided if you maybe change out your routine. If I was to take Dbol again I would avoid deadlifts or squats and supplement more with full ROM leg press just to maintain my lower body. It's not ideal but one way to avoid the pumps until you come off the Dbol and the Test kicks in. Now i've stopped the Dbol the pumps have certainly lessened quite dramatically and Deadlifts are much more comfortable to execute.
 
End of Week 7 - Days 38, 39, 40

So last week was end of week 7. I've managed to progress some more adding an additional 6kg to each of my lifts and and an additional 10kg to legs so in total so far upper body lifts increased by 26kg and legs 60kg.

Weight has climbed and I am now 282lbs.

Sleeping has gone back to normal thank fuck for that.

Still horny as anything and i've been getting laid alot and still wanking till my nuts run dry some days.

Dbol pumps have eased hell of alot and i'm powering through workouts without any noticeable hindrance.

Something fucking weird happened to me on Thursday, I loaded up 400kg onto the leg press and did full ROM (bringing the sled down under control so my knees touched my chest and push back up); first press went well, on the second press after I had pushed back up I started seeing all these sparkly things in my eyes, like someone had thrown glitter infront of my eyes, was weird as fuck but a sign to maybe drop the weight down, so put it down to 355Kg and finished out my sets. Think I was just being a bit too ambitious and my body said fuck that.

Quite gutted that I have only 2 weeks left on cycle. Everyone who I haven't seen in a while has commented on how huge I have got which makes my balls feel massive, so i'll be interested to see how I look when I PCT.
 
Drop deadlift and squat to allow myself to run dbol? Sorry man, that is never going to happen. Personal choice i suppose, but i would never drop the 2 bread and butter lifts for something as fleeting as 5 weeks of dbol. I personally have decided to drop orals in any cycle altogether in favor of injectables to get a similar result. Deca takes the place of what i was using dbol for.
