Franchise24 training log 2016/2017

I agree with you on that. Maybe it is just me. But wide grip compromises my shoulders, makes them feel out of place. If I stay shoulder width or closer I am good.

I honestly believe there isn't much benefit to going wide grip on pull ups or chin ups. I have no proof or anything, it's just my opinion. It's the shorter range of motion for wide grip and the greater amount of stretch I feel in my lats at the bottom of chin ups that makes me believe they're superior. Take that as my own little bit of bro science.

I went a little lighter on the deadlifts today. My left hamstring is acting up. I will probably stay as heavy as I can with out experiencing any discomfort. I might have to drop the weight for a few sessions and increase my mobility work. Doesn't bother me on squats. My hips have gotten really tight over the last few weeks. I have been doing mobility work to open them up and it's working great. I ordered a pair of squat briefs to use when I feel I need to add some extra support to my hips to give them some rest.

I could have gone heavier on the working sets. But I decided to increase my set to add more volume. I will keep the sets in the 10-12 range until after next week. Then I will add weight and go down to 8-9 sets. And increase the sets depending on how I feel that day. I love using RPE's. It allows you to train based off how you feel. Love it.

You feeling like you're getting stronger yet now that you're back on?
Hell yeah! I'm also recovering faster from one workout to another. Fuck I will never let my TT test get that low again. If wifey hasn't gotten Prego by next endo visit. I'll make sure she puts me on HCG.

The weights are moving faster in my lifts as well. I felt pretty bad a few weeks ago.

My workout schedule this week has changed due to taking a mini-vacay this weekend. This schedule will look like this:

Monday: Training
Tuesday: Training
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Training
Friday: Training. This session will be an early morning one. Then heading out of town. I'll be back on my regular schedule next week.

Good effort in the gym man! Love the log, can't wait to see your progress when you blast ;)

Two more weeks. Right after I get labs. I've been holding off for now and when I started this log I had dropped TRT to try and get my wife pregnant.

I was just running clomid. Got tested I believe in January and my total test was 191. No libido, felt shitty so I hopped back on TRT.

I wasn't willing to wait for my endo to figure out the proper protocol to increase my sperm. I was shut down. Clomid was working but very slow. So she bumped me up to 200mgs/week from 150mgs/week.

I forgot to mention the first week I started TRT, I went aggressive with my prescribed clomid and my script HCG. Since my endo wanted to wait 6 months before a retest.

Protocol once I started TRT @ 200mgs/week:

HCG: 1000ius/day for the first seven days
Clomid: 100mgs/day for first seven days

Then I just went to HCG: 1000ius a week
Clomid: 200mgs a week. Here's the good news:

The protocol worked. MY WIFE IS NOW PREGNANT!!!

I can start my blast now. But I want to wait two weeks to draw labs on ifit test cyp 250. MESO protocol calls for 6 weeks and +/- 48hrs after last pin. Two more weeks and we will see the results.
