Franchise24 training log 2016/2017

Thanks brother, gonna try these out!
These are Awesome me. Don't try them with too much weight. 225 can feel like 405 at lockout. Depending on band resistance.

I personally prefer Iron Woody resistance bands. They are built better. And on their website they give you a range of resistance for each band.

I got elitefts bands over Christmas, because they were on sale. But you can tell the difference in quality from Iron Woody to Elitefts.

I know you were looking for bars . But do you know a good place to get plates. No disrespect to your log.

No disrespect taken. If your just looking some regular metal plates, you can start at Craig's list.

Here is a website that has some really good metal plates from Ivanko. They are weighed pretty close to what's etched on the plates.

@theprodgicalson pointed me in this direction. These plates have proven themselves throughout the years.

You could get lucky on eBay as well.

Now if you want competition calibrated metal or bumper plates.

Mostly like moving into a new house soon. If the wifey acts right. If not I spoke with the owner of the gym I go to. And he said he'd allow me to bring bars, competition plates. I believe he just acquired two studios adjacent to the gym. I'm hoping I can talk him into letting me bring in some powerlifting equipment. Time will tell.

I've really been procrastinating. Trying to find some TNE/TRNE. I've some drol coming in soon and I might have found some decent halo. We will see if this halo does anything.

I'm beginning to believe that I'm a controlled aggressive type personality. I want to pop some halo and feel that aggression just take me into the zone, where I feel I can squat, bench and pull anything.

Nice and hope you get lucky to get your own space for you and your PL buddies to train in.

I'll be posting my yesterday's workout and today's workout tonight with some reviews of gear I used yesterday. I.E knee wraps and Nike Romaleos 3. Sucked ass wrapping myself. Ripped plenty of skin from the tops of fingers. I got home and had blood all over my shirt and dry blood along my fingers.
