Hey guys,
I wanted to know if some of you would be interested in me doing some strength and conditioning training/ coaching for you? I am offering this service for free for the summer, and am doing so, because I am going to get my CSCS certification next semester, and would like to begin working with some athletes via email to get more experience.
Most of you probably know me for my training knowledge, and if you don't, fell free to ask around about me.
I do have some stipulations about the coaching however...
1) Because of time constraints, I will only accept 5 athletes from Meso, so if you are interested, please email me as soon as you read this.
2) I'm not really interested in bodybuilders, per se, unless you, as a bodybuilder, are more concerned right now with getting stronger and putting on myofibbrillar hypertrophy, rather than cutting and dieting down for a show.
3) I am very interested in powerlifters, strength athletes, strongmen, fighters, sprinters, football players, high school athletes, etc.
4) Understand that this is not an issue where I will put you on a cookie cutter program, but rather each person will have a specific training cycle based on their individual sport and needs. I will only give you your training cycle one week at a time (unless because of communication issues you need a little more in advance).
5) Understand that this will be a two-way process. You will have to fill out a substancial questionaire in order to receive services from me, and you must follow my program to a tee, and report back to me at least once per week about your workouts. You also must remain completely honest with me about the food you eat, when you train, if you miss a training session, if you use AAS, etc.
Of course, there is much more to this, but for those interested in an up and coming strength and conditioning coach who has already trained 4 elite powerlifters, and a barage of other athletes, please email me about your training.
Thanks!

ps - I will not, under any circumstances recommend AAS use, or give info about sources or AAS cycles, etc. for this coaching experience. SO don't ask.
