Well...I'm on a diet and im on no alcohol for the next few weeks till the cuts over so i reckon i will just go take advantage of the empty gym. Have my first day not working in the last 2 months and just rest and recover, probably go get some sun and even out my tan.

July 4th is a celebration of the most badass country thats ever earned their right at sovereignty. Once a group of colonists who refused to live under tyranny and fought back against (at the time) the most powerful nation on earth, England, and possibly the largest upset in the history of planet earth. Thats WHAT we are. Ballz made of granite. Thats some thing worth celebrating. Ill be down here in lone star doing my best drunk air guitar impressions with the rage of a thousand suns in salute to our right to call America home!

I could do visits to the Lone Star but wouldn't be able to live there. I need my cold weather. I'm such a bitch in the heat.
 
So far 40th BDay 4th of July weekend bash is off to a hit.... old lady took me for a boat load of sushi then whisky with friends, home to a dirty outfit and all the tail a man could eat.
Heavy back session today and now off to finish a giant rib tattoo.... finishing my 30's with a bang
 
Gonna have a simple 4th dinner...grilling inside using a George Foreman grill. Burgers, hot dogs and Georgia hots :)

Very true bud. Each days a gift. Things are pretty good. No major set backs. Kids and wife are good. You still been traveling around bro? Or did you settle down somewhere? Hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful 4th.

Staying at the beach for the summer at least...got a place right across the street from the ocean.
Headin back to the hills in sept/oct i think.....missing them mountains!....but the scenery here is pretty good on sunny days. Lol
