Soo if anyone is having issues make sure its not in your spam or in my case my email on the phone was not showing his or a couple or other emails... from my home insurance guesse I need railings soo please disregard my earlier cimment about no response in 4 weeks it was my bad for not getting on a computer

Be patient. The more e-mails and PMs you send, the more he will get bogged down. Dan added some extras to my package for the wait. He is trying hard to do business right. The guy is simply busy.

Listen to Ski. Dan is busy. The more e mails you send the more shit he has to sort through and the more confusing it becomes for him. After you speak with him the first time send one e mail after 3-4 days asking for a update. He will most likely update you and all will be well.
You have zero idea of the reason they are so slow to answer,ship, or otherwise. You know the status of your order and that is the limited extent of your knowledge as it pertains to getm.
