No it took me awhile too
He removed the prefix which slowed me down

Get another public PGP key like HTP's on the first page of his intro and copy it to wordpad.
Then take Dan's key and replace the body of HTP's leaving the BEGIN PUBLIC KEY part, the generator/comments and the END PUBLIC KEY and the dashes

save the whole thing as a .asc file to your desktop and import it to your keyring

At least thats what worked for me.
And I'm retarded with technology
