Also waiting. Was told my order (which was for a mistake on previous order) was shipped and would be here in two days. That was over a week ago now and have not had a reply to any email I've sent you. This is where communication is lacking. I don't mind if it takes a little bit longer to get items but don't tell me it's on its way and then don't send tracking or even not respond to emails asking what's going on with the order.
