David has just told me he has changed more than 10 emails with you two the last three days.

He ll reply you in minutes.

Please allow us 24 hours sometimes to respond.

I would like to ask all our customers, that if they ll wont get an answer from us within 48 hours, or by any chance has not recieved an answer or paid order for a long period, to send a PM or email us first.

Thats because it really look than me and David are on vacations all the time.

As I promised before week or so, we are doing our best to improve our customer services, look we are back to work even on weekends again and told our families to forget about vacation for long time:-)

Got my tracking info this morning, was a little nervous because I am not sure if received the email I sent changing the order. But will address the issue when package comes in.
Did hook me up with some extra tbol for the wait which I am appreciative for. You guys have a great selection and pricing and are a pleasure to do business with. If you ever get your ordering/delivery streamlined your going to be a force in this business.

We ve sent today about 10 responds to Safe-mail.net accounts and appearantly safe-mail got some issues as we get this message.

Cgreen it took almost 3 weeks for mine(from day I sent initial email), but was warned when I ordered that they where behind. They did throw in a freebie, which was nice. Seem like good guys, I hope they can get their process streamlined.

What three weekes you are talking about?

First email you have sent us was on the 16.3, we ve responded few days late, so we ve promised you free product.

Than you have added pharma grade products that we have not in our dommestic offer, so we ve sent it to our domestic shipper.

Than you have sent payment with wrong informations, than you would start the 90 days contest, we ve recommended you a cycle and complete free gear and support, than you ve changed your mind, that you are not interested in the contest any more, right next day on the 28.3 we have shipped your original order and today you have recieved it, addys will be sent tommorrow.

So please next time when you post your review try to be more specific, not throughing wrong numbers.

I had to responded because the last 10 days, as we ve promised, are doing our best to improve our customer service.

My bad I went back and looked in my email my first email showing getm was on the 11th but that wasnt to you it was to the other guy selling your product. I was reprimanded by a couple vets for not waiting for him to be vetted by the board. So I didnt go through with it. My first email went out to you on the 16th got my product april 1st.
And yes I did send the wrong mct but corrected it with in a couple hours, and you guys did offer me a free recommended cycle which I appreciate but didnt want to take your gear and waste it on a first cycle.
And Dan like I said you guys have been nothing but great to work with, sorry if it came off wrong. And I was informed you guys where behind when I placed the order, and freebies where given to make up for it. I have no complaints, and will log about the quality when I start next week. And you will be my go to for my trt supplies.
 
Just want to let you know that I ve been trying to log in our anonymousspeech email for about 8 hours without succes.

Assuming they are moving servers again, this happens aprox. every three months.

I hope it will be done quickly so I can start responding emails.

I know you guys have been having email issues, can you pm me the tracking info for the 2nd part of my order. I need to know which day to expect it so I can leave a note on the door for my postal worker. Other wise she takes it back to P.O. and they are always closed before I get out of work.
