I am your customer and I have sent to the "trusted forum member" 6 unopened vials to have HPLC-MS analysis done.

As per your post you said you would cover all the expenses, please make arrangements with the "trusted member" to do so.

I think this will be a good first step in regaining the trust of the members here.

From the moment I knew about the fail of some of our products in Labmax tests, I haven't stop searching out what went wrong.
We have started a complete revision of all our raw materials, our lab and final products, using HPLC-MS analysis.
Before this issue have ever started, we have sent one 10ml vial of Methenolone Enanthate and two raw samples of Oxandrolone and Methandienone to a trusted forum member who handles HPLC-MS analysis.
I have agreed with him, that we ll send him 10 more items, 5 from us and 5 from our customers and that we will pay all the expenses.
We have also agreed that we will continue in his HPLC-MS analysis and that we will pay each month for random products, sent by random customers.
Regarding all the shipment and communication issues, I have agreed with Dan that we are going privat.
I believe that this decision will help solve this issue.
I ll post more informations and suggestions tomorrow, about how we will deal with current products customers have, HPLC-MS analysis results etc.

So....after the last few days, a couple of responses that they have working into the wee hours of the morn and we only have 2 members state they have received a reply. Aren't they on other boards and is the same thing going on? We can hope they are sorting out their problems, albeit, at a world class snail's pace, but one can't help but wonder, if it isn't merely a stall.

That is the one and only Lee Labrada. Dude was only like 5' 5" but had incredible symmetry and was a phenomenal poser. Legendary good guy, too. He still looks phenomenal to this day!

When I posted yesterday about the issue I had with my order Dan was very quick to respond and apologized, today I got a tracking # for the remainder of my order. I've been nothing but happy with the quality of everything I've got, yes they've had communication issues but I've found just being polite and sometimes having to email a couple times (if you don't get a response just go to the forum) or a PM works out. Not sure what's happens over the last little while but in my dealings everything has been fine and still appears to be. Hope everyone else gets their stuff sorted soon

I got my package in, with some extras. I don't have any complaints about the quality of my gear. Maybe I just happened to get the stuff that was dosed right. I can say with confidence that their winstrol inj. and oral is definitely good, as well as their dbol and deca. Its def worth the wait. My only complaint is that I would like to have a more realistic idea of the time it will take upfront. I would rather be told that they were really busy and wont be able to get the order out for a couple of weeks than be told its going out in the morning, and not hear anything for 2 weeks. Aside from that they have always made an effort to correct their mistakes.... THats alot more than I can say for other UGL reps I have dealt with Cheers......

Did you receive your order this week? If so how can you rate the quality?
Did you receive tracking and was it accurate?

For the record 45 days from receipt of funds and counting.
Have not heard back from Dan or Dave since Sunday night midnight.

This isnt my first shipment from them. But I can tell good dbol and winnie pretty quick.Ive been taking the GETM for about 4 weeks now. I can only share the experience I have had with them personally. Dan and David can take time to get back to people but I think they care about providing good service. At least thats the impression I get from dealing with them. I just think they are busy. There are plenty of guys out there that will email you back in a few min, and get packages to you in 2 days.... but I dont want to waste my money on overpriced crisco. Id rather wait for quality...
