Order sent on the 26th, it has arrived at the local airport and it is been sitting there for a week. Obviously Xmas came early to customs agents...

Seems like Jennifer accepted your order despite being from Australia, as i always have mentioned that, we do not ship to NZ/AUS/CA - but in this case, seems like my assistant accidentally proceeded your order, because you didnt mention you were from the AUS, first after the shipping info from you was provided it was clear. But in this case, if the package dont move within end of this week, then email me and i will offer you an reship, despite we dont offer any reship policy at all for those countries or sending packages usually.
 
Its starting to looking better guys, more orders being updated by now. For those who still havent any update, i will wait till end of this week and if still nothing. i make sure to reship the ones that is missing.

this guy is not from US but AUS, he ordered without telling he is from australia until the funds was sent and the shipment info was provided, which is making it late and the order is in progress.

we have 0 seizures for USA!

as that said we have always been clear about our shipping for AUS/CA/NZ.
we dont ship, at all.

and usually all customers from those countries ask if we do in advance..

to prevent this in future to happening again jennifer will be asking before accepting funds.

You forgot, not only the end of cheap raws. But also massive arrests on the bigger raw factories.

- the issue was mentioned in the beginning as well, that there will be an week delay of the shipments to be out. The same week, this happened. So we did tell you guys expect an delay.

Not only the issue in China but also, US election, black november. It is creating an enormous traffic on the flight cargoes and the postal services.

For $35 US domestic shipping it should come in a titanium box
I know. That pissed me the fuck off. I paid $35 for domestic shipping for my buddy’s order and he ships it usps ground select. Which is about $5 total cost and takes longer than priority mail. Last week I paid $13 to ship a package to Alaska priority mail.

Why is it our burden to pay your domestic guy?

How long should we hold our dicks in our hands before asking for a reship? List the dates so customers can reach out and finally get their products they ordered. I feel like I’m being put on the back burner here.

I would like some clear answers since I’m a paying customer. I ordered 3 packs for 2 of my friends. 2 int, 1 domestic

So instead of returning the money your assistant took the money and placed the shipping even after being aware that you do not ship to those countries?

I have previously order from you and also got a free reship as the first shipment didn't go through unfortunately. No problems at that stage, we were all happy with that great products as I have tested two of them with Jano.

If I place a new order, before sending any payment details, she should have asked what country or have that stated either in the price list or in the email.

So the right thing to say is, we NO LONGER send to AUS, we NO LONGER reship to Australia.

You could have denied the order, and simply refund me, but you decided to proceed mate, normal business as usual.

Make it up to everyone, you were doing so well. I don't care if you increase the prices, your call in the end of the day. But I do care about you being clear.
