Don’t mind my stupid comments and nonsensical poetry on here—just for shits and giggles. I had a pretty big self-interest in all the questioning and grilling. I wanted to order some stuff because I liked what I saw and appreciated the response to @readalot’s testing requests. In the end, I’m just like most of you guys here, looking to source decent gear without breaking the wallet.

I'm very curious to see what @GenericAsia's response will be to all of this......will we just get a standard "We will improve our shipping" without giving any concrete details on how they will do that. Or will he take actual corrective action and communicate it to help ease all the negative publicity that's currently circulating on this thread. That will ultimately determine if he succeeds on this forum or not.

I don't see any reason he shouldn't be using tear resistant sealed bags to at least contain spillage.
What is this source setting the standard with "tear resistant bags"? I'm lucky to see a ziplock bag, and rarely that.

Man, I like this source! It's a bummer what's going on right now. I'm hopeful that Marcus will correct the mistakes and get his s*** together. Then when the China raws thing gets sorted when you get back to the good old days which were..... Only a few weeks ago!

most of the orders already started updating this week and deliveries also started as it seems.

I am doing everything to make this up and right, and will not leave an customer without theyre getting their orders, even if its gonna cost me some products out of stock. i value the customers and value the service as well, so all of you guys are in good hands.

please understand that, we are working very hard to solve the issue. has been very rough time recently with the US election, black november and the issues in china that got it more dificult for sources, which made us to delay the shipping with an week.
- i mentioned this as well in the beginning as expect delays due to situation in china and that we will not ship until an week after, as the crisis in china was new.
