@GenericAsia I think we need to understand a bit more about Jennifer and her qualifications. Did she have relevant experience in similar criminal enterprises? Did you remember to check her references?
Did she pass any aptitude tests, or was this more of a diversity hire? Those rarely work out the way you hope they will.

I'm very curious to see what @GenericAsia's response will be to all of this......will we just get a standard "We will improve our shipping" without giving any concrete details on how they will do that. Or will he take actual corrective action and communicate it to help ease all the negative publicity that's currently circulating on this thread.
