Bad news: the fucking package is soaked. Surprisingly only one vial broke. I appreciate the plastic box, but wouldn't be a bad idea to wrap it up.

I used to get plastic boxes with every international order. Haven’t got any in many orders. @GA where can I get the boxes?

Precisely. and the barcode on outside. And the fact that one of my EQ promo boxes ordered 10/31 just TD today. It's got light blue tops, and they're fatter vials. Those are QSC vials + packaging.

Not to say that Marcus doesn't need better packaging. Just trying to be fair in the assessment.

You're 100% correct. I have a few outstanding orders. Once I saw the oil soaked box, I saw immediately suspected GA lol.

This is totally unaceptable from any supplier.

I placed my first order for the EQ promo and i am not extremely worried about what state my order will be in by the time it arrives.
If i had seen all these issues with the leaks and poor packaging i would have spent my money elsewhere.

The past few weeks have been extremely damaging to the reputation of @GenericAsia in my opinion.

Marcus you need to come out and tell us how exactly you are going to solve the packaging issue.
I have countless orders from QSC and SSA and never have had a single broken vial or damaged item.
Plastic cases and inserts to hold the vials are the absolute minimum as well as sealed bags to contain any possible leak.

Communicate with us and tell us exactly how you are going to resolve this issue or you will be dead in the water within a few weeks on this board.

This post can be partially disregarded as it is now clear that this particular package was from another vendor but the point still broadly stands regarding @GenericAsia packaging over these past weeks.
It needs to be totally revamped and assurances and clarity must be communicated to us by Marcus.

To be fair i have never seen this issue happen with QSC and the vials were in hard plastic containers.
I have been vocal on the QSC thread about poor communication in recent weeks as well as underfilled vials in the past but this issue to me is not worth going at their neck over.
I would put it down to bad luck and poor handling by the couriers.
Whereas GA has had more than a few leaking and damaged packs in just the past few days so i feel justified in being harsh in my criticism of Marcus.
In my experience SSA are the gold standard for packaging.
QSC I have never had an issue and vials are always in either hard cases or sealed bags wrapped in bubble wrap and in cardboard boxes.

reason these packages have gone through is because lucky enough for members here the post officer workers don’t give a damn or are too busy… this can go completely south in a heart beat…

i'm glad i don't buy my oils from qsc, some vendors have better products and some have better prices & communication etc, but, i do buy all my hgh from them, as its hard to beat the prices for the quality, i use whattsapp and have never had a problem with communication speed or language barrier issues, And i do like some members have suggested,,,, and wait a couple days before requesting a tracking number,,,,, this was just my personal experiences,,,, "USE YOUR OWN DISCRETION"

I received reship tracking 5 days ago from 10/25. It says the same shit the original tracking says.
