Thanks to the hard-nosed Meso members for flushing this out. I am willing to give a new lab a chance but I sure didn't know the background behind this. Hats off to you guys doing what Meso does best and looking out for others! Again, I had heard some favourable feedback but that only tells some of the story. Now we know tbe rest of the story.
Here is an official statement from the lab owner...some of my facts were a little off earlier today but I wasn't totally offf. Manpower is not allowed to sell on this forum. Hopefully this clears things up for anyone with questions or concerns about getting their orders.

The admin of Genetec wants to sincerely apologize for this unfortunate event on Meso. We were approached by an individual with credibility on other forums that he wanted to see if he could spur up some business on Meso. The price list he promoted was not approved by Genetec prior to his posting. We did have pictures sent to him but because we were not knowledgeable on the protocol at Meso, we did not understand he could post anything right out of the gate. That was where we, as the lab made the mistake, we should have thoroughly researched the protocol at Meso and made our standards very clear to manpower prior to him posting anything. Genetec thought there was a strict approval process prior to any brand working and promoting on the Meso board, similar to Reddit is what we thought. That all being said, we again apologize for the waste of time and energy this has manifested. We believe we can learn valuable lessons here moving forward and appreciate the knowledge learned here.
To address the earlier comments regarding the CJM scam. Back in 2012 Genetec had another rep who they allowed to work with them. That rep had a girlfriend that we did not know about originally, who became extremely volatile in regards to her relationship with him. He was foolish enough to tell her certain sensitive information, and when we caught wind of this we terminated his rep privileges. He became a liability at that point so he had to be terminated. Allegedly he continued taking orders several weeks after and because we terminated him, we did not ship those orders, because we had no idea they were even placed. Did he scam those few clients? Allegedly he did. But Genetec tried reaching out to those clients on CJM to refund them, however at that point it was too late. CJM admin already started the slander campaign against Genetec and anyone speaking of Genetec on CJM was banned.
We hope this situation will diffuse and if their are anymore questions or concerns please direct them to the Genetec admin, thank you.

I stand by everything I said. I have personally run gear from Genetec and it was all gtg. I had great results.
I do have personal experience with the guy that was this particular rep. All was positive. He continues to be a stand up guy with me.
Whatever is happening here is above my pay-grade and I am not privy to all the details. That's why I said 'I'm out of it' because there is nothing that I can further contribute on this matter.

Not to worry, I'm sure they will be back.
Though now I'm curious, if @manpower wasn't the rep doing the PMing then who was, and was that rep giving permission from Genetic to conduct business here?
Being the admin at Genetic was able to shed some light on the @manpower situation I am optimistic my latest query will also be resolved.
