I listed all of it in my "intro", for orals production i mill all the powders and sieve tchem althou now my supplier does it for me, i use MCC102 as filer so they mill it to similar spec but i have had oxymetholone and stanazolol tested under microscope for particle size and i think i will have to mill MCC or buy MCC101 (50microns as oppose to average 100micron mcc102) for even better dose uniformity
I mix it in turbula mixer by inversina switzerland but this is done in folowing steps, first API, disintegrant and MCC and then at the end i add gliding agent magnesium sterate

mix goes throu mesh 400 sieve and then i press it.

Oils, glass vials made of neutral glass usp type i glass.
I have 2 magnet mixers but i dont use it i use bottle top homogenizer 3k reps per min and much stronger mixing action the mixing Times and unifromity was laboratory confirmed so i dont guess how long i have to mix it to achive good uniformity of finished product.
Glass vials are sterilised in dry heat ownen at 160c for 120min (reccomended by producer is 90min) filter reciver, dispensing bottles,
or my bigger 150mm stainless steel filter holders are also sterilised in dry heat.
Rubber stoper, bottle top dispensers(by vitalab germany), nylon filters,tweezers all sterilised by steam steriliser.

Surfaces are cleand with hospital grade sanitary desinfectant.

What supplier mills to spec AAS compounds? Also you are using more than microcrystalline cellulose as a “filler” what about silica? Also what powder are you using for the press lubricant? Is it magnesium stearate?

There is a lot of gaps in your finished compound?

So much to think I actually don’t think you press your own tabs.

I want to see a pic with Meso and date of your hammer mill? Also what brand is it?

I'm with MM on this, without pictures it's all pointless to speculate and waste time, until then it's words against word.

Although all the steps sound great it's strange that it's moved from the source doing it to the raw supplier. Where do you get your raws that they are willing to do that? At first I wondered why you were using MCC for a filler, then I realized you're pressing pills and not capping them, and in order to press you're missing some steps that I think (pressing isn't my specialty) I'm wouldn't trust anything until pictures are posted.


Not sure why you use a homogenizer when, a simple magnetic stirrer is just as effective when mixing oils.

You mention sterilizing in 160c dry heat, which seems very low even if you're leaving it for 120min. What type of oven are you using to sterilize the glassware

This lab has been around for years. I have heard good things about it usually. When they had a bad batch of tablets recently they shut down, made good with the customers and reopened when they got things straight. Good business. I don't use them myself but I would if I needed something.
