Find someone who can smell cuz the smell is so distinct it’s a preservative they use ive been using Genos for a long time and they always have that really strong smell

They're fake. That packaging looks like shit. Also the smell is the exact same smell as insulin. It's almost like the smell of a band-aid, but stronger. Humatrope, Saizen, Nutropin AQ, Genotropins all have that same smell. It's from phenols that are used as preservatives, and stabilizers, but the people that counterfeit GH have learned to put that in the counterfeits they make, so smelling it isn't going to do much good.

How can you tell they are fake?

Because in Turkey they never made 36i.u Cartridges, just disposable pens.

Second, the only real cartridges are the 15i.u Genotropin cartridges from Russia and those are discontinued.

There are cartridges in Romania also and i would think in every neighboring country and they are 16 iu and come in the language of the said country !
They are hard to get and i dont think they will ever be sold in bulk over the internet.
My connect got them with scripts that where issued to not sick people and would end up being sold in limited number!
This has stoped as law has changed and the guys closed shop.
It was best gh i ever tried straight from the pharmacy fridge ! Not waiting and degrading in some warehouse in the heat!

Could be chinese GH in them. Only labtest will answer your question. I bought fake Geno in the past. Still decent hgh in them, but no Pfizer. Seller ended up paying half back.
