As I’ve said before, we are not perfect, and we’ve made mistakes along the way. We’ve also made some missteps here on Meso in the beginning, but we’ve listened to feedback from members like yourself and have taken active steps to correct and improve certain aspects of our operation.

I know that many domestic sources who have been here for a long time started just like we did—facing criticism and doubt early on. Our goal is to be here for the long run, continuously improving both our products and our services.

If anyone has actual evidence that we are selling pre-made gear from China, I encourage you to present the facts. The same goes for accusations that we are paying people to shill or operating multiple accounts—if there is proof, let’s see it. Otherwise, spreading rumors and false claims only serves to mislead the community and create unnecessary doubt and negativity.

We are here to build trust over time, and we welcome constructive criticism—but let’s keep the conversation based on facts, not speculation.

Oh cool a picture of two vials, I’m going to assume the amber vial is full of sewage since I can’t see the contents. Where’s jano sterility tests, endotoxins tests, heavy metal tests? Why are you putting fraudulent labels on your boxes/vials? You know when you get busted you’re doing you’re going to get an additional charge of fraud for trying to make these look pharma. Also not like it’s difficult to transfer vials.

I have plenty of Chinese vials, it’s not consistent whether they are long or not, just a local availability thing. Also the Chinese sources you’re bashing have more robust Jano tests than you. Qsc for example did endotoxin, sterility, and heavy metal tests after some pestering. As well as hplc for most of their batches.

Just feels like this vendor is grasping for straws, trying to justify and find a way to win over something having the last word. I'd just give up, take the feedback into account, address all the issues and maybe show understanding instead of just comparing yourself with other, much better and more transparent (and more professional) sources.
