Full refund in the form of 100% store credit (this will also cover the test and half the shipping cost). However, I’m a bit confused by the comment implying I’m somehow faking raw testing—maybe I’m misunderstanding, but that doesn’t make sense. Just to clarify: I only post raw material test results, not finished product tests, because we’ve had a few issues with bad or fake raws in the past. That said, I absolutely encourage the community to test final products independently. Transparency and trust are priorities for us.You can check the verification code at the bottom of the report on Jano's website
Unless you're accusing the source of posting a real Jano report but brewing with something else, in which case you have to send it in yourself
