Good evening. I have to buy a box of GH ... Hygetropin. 10 ampoules of 10 U.I. What do you think of this product? This GH is better than what you take in pharmacy or worse? This product requires a higher dosage?

Why do you have to buy it? Or do you want to buy it? Are you sure it isn't fake? If you are buying for yourself what are your goals?
100iu will do nothing for you... I would say at least 6-8 kits of hyges for weight loss and joint healing to be noticeable over a 6 month cycle. They are probably fake- most are.

I have to buy it because in the future I would like to do a contest. In Italy, pharmacy 60 u.i. of gh costs 700 euro. Instead Hygetropin cost much much less.

Why sure it costs much less bc almost all Hyges are BUNK! Therefore in essentially all instances your better off saving enough money to purchase Pharm Grade rHGH, IME

You could run a kit a month at 3iu and if its legit hyges you should be good to go. The problem with hyges is that they are a lot of replica and fakes out there so you can get bunks. As far as pharm grade they are the best so when it comes to the strength and consistency nothing can beat them.
So now on how many you need. I have seen great effects from just a month of usage but it was mostly for fat loss and something to speed up and finish the last couple of lbs. But being about to run it for a couple of months you should see a lot of benefits from them. Just do 3iu IM a day first thing in the morning.

How much you need is dependent upon two primary factors
1) their purity
2) your reasoning for using them
But IMO there is no way to answer the dosage question wo KNOWING THEIR PURITY.

Can not find strange to have between 800 and 1000 IU's of Hygetropin or other "Tropin" generic for the same price of 60 IU's from the pharmacy?

This is the problem and it is very difficult to differentiate between some fake, because they are very good counterfeits.
The price speaks volumes about the quality of generic vs Pharm grade GH, IME with very RARE EXCEPTIONS, IME!

The 7.1 is from 5IUs of Sandoz Omnitrope. The 6.9 is from 5 IUs of Astrotropin white tops. The white tops were only .2 ng/ml away from being pharma quality. The test I'm waiting on was 5IUs of kigtropins. The Astrotropin was 3 dollars per IU.
What did I miss something, those results are all within NORMAL GH ranges.
Although far from exacting 5IU should increase your GH level well above 10ng/ml above your baseline!

Normal GH levels are 0 to.2 for me. They might be in range, but 5IUs won't put you out of range. The Omnitrope is legit pharma. If that's a bad result, then pharma is shit.
