Anyone have Hidradenitis Suppurativa and seen an improvement?

I have this illness, and I've been taking tirzepatide for about 6 months now, and the flares have disappeared. Now I only have scars remaining.

It could be a coincidence, but I've been diagnosed with this for about 5 years now, and all that time I had some flares and an open wound, even if it was minimal at the low point of the flare. The only thing that I do or take differently is tirzepatide.

Now it's like I don't have anything; it's normal. My armpits are the most affected. I had other areas affected, but it wasn't much compared to my armpits.

Titrated down to 2mg tirz, reducing by about 1mg weekly.
this week is my first week without tirz
i did this because i believed it was affecting my sleep / mood
yes i was also on tren for most of tirz but according to my watch i had a "stress" increase like 2 days after injection that continued for two more days then slowly went down over the course of the week , then rose again following my next tirz injection, even once the tren cleared.

im taking anadrol now and my stress levels are lower than when i was just on tirz, i attribute most of this to improved sleep. perhaps this is why people experience fatigue on tirz, from lower quality sleep. something something vagus nerve. I had the best sleep score ive ever had the day I was scheduled to take my tirz dosage (but didn't)

The anadrol really curbs my appetite at 50mg a day split a.m p.m. . Been using it approx 10 days.
Im at 2500kcal now and i think its easier to be this low calorie, on this dosage of anadrol, vs 2-4mg tirz.

there may be other factors involved but i am 4 days into my first week tirz free and i will see how my stress and sleep score improve (and from that, RHR)
