a lot has to do with size... i know this one girl who couldnt handle more than 1 tab a day... she is like 5 foot nothing 110-115 so id try and judge by the persons size... but with clen id start by having them take 1 tab on day one and two on day two... ect till they reach their level.
I would say start low to test tolerance and ramp up. 20 mcg/day to start, and work up. I know girls that can handle up to 100 mcg/day without insomnia or other major sides. Everybody is different though.
