Girlfriend's cycle

how many weeks off do you generally wait till the next cycle???
Ideally same rule applies as guys... time off equal time on... but I have waited less in between and sometimes transitioned to other compounds... depending on my goals and compounds...as well as the esters used

That's not to suggest they don't need an equal amount of time OFF AAS for effective HTPA recovery.

Women NEED E-2 even more then men do, and absent the eventual normalization of LH/FSH post-cycle, hypo-estrogenemia continues and with it the adverse effects of low E-2.

(It's for this reason I suspect women may actually benefit from the INCLUSION of small aliquots of aromatizable AAS, when cycling)

I only mention the above bc some may misinterpret your post believing women are somehow spared the hormonaly mediated adverse effects of AAS.

They are NOT, in fact many of the side effects women experience are not only more worrisome from a medical perspective but also less desirable especially compared to males.

It's not that women don't need PCT but rather they don't benefit from SERM mediated HTPA recovery.

The reason? Cycling females already have VERY LOW endogenous E-2 secretion rates and achieve the effect of SERM mediated PCT in males as a result.

Bottom line bc SERMS block the influence of E-2 on HTPA gonadotropin secretion in both males and females, if there's no ESTROGEN to block, as is the case with females, there's no benefit.

I know that women need estrogens for hormonal balance more than men...what GearGodess meant, I think, it was that women dont need to let their endogenous testo restart after a cycle, because they don't produce testo...except for a minimal amount by adrenal glands...thatìs why they dont need a real pct...even though I agree that they need a total hormonal axis recovery...
this said, according to your suggestions, my girl will do a 6weeks cycle (10mg ed of var and 50mg ew of primo inj)...then 4 weeks off and another 6weeks cycle...6 weeks are enough right??

Something else I should have mentioned, while the net effect of PCT in males is enhanced gonadal production of TT, the use of SERMS in females increases E-2 production.

Why isn't your GF asking these questions fella!

Makes one wonder who wants who to run AAS. What your doing is a damn cop out, IMO!

My girl is doing anavar 10mg day and after 4 weeks and a half she had her period... Lol

I wonder if it's a good thing or not. Probably it is. Let's see if at the end of the 8 weeks cycle she is gonna have a period again.

Is not my gf asking questions because she is not on this forum...and she follows what I suggest, bro...and I suggest what is better for her...and she trusts me

@Dr JIM what I meant by PCT and women not needing it is basically what @OtisDriftwood said for me... my post prior to that was an explanation of what I believe that is sufficient for women.

I am a woman and I run long cycles with equal time off, time off that's less and no time off... my hormones always go back to normal. Also, the period does come back but depending on the person and the compounds she runs... my last run for example was super long and I've been off for few weeks and my period returning right on schedule... I get blood work done regularly and my doctor check me fully...there hasn't been a single time that he was concerned with what I'm doing.

What's an average time to be ON for a woman using Anavar?
8 weeks? 10 weeks?

8-12 weeks is typical... there has been times when I did it longer without any issues. As I'm sure you've seen my other posts.

Yeah I did. Did you ever have your period while cycling.

GF had her period after 4 weeks of anavar.

It was depending on the compound and doses. Some compounds like Var, Proviron, Nolva, even Primo in the beginning...I had my period regularly then it got lighter... i was super happy! ...then some runs it was gone within 8-12 weeks of use but I didn't mind it. I actually always look forward to it. Lol. Because my periods are deathly painful and heavy... so I have been able to regulate them with aas so to speak. But once I'm off cycle, it returns as per schedule...sometimes within 4 weeks and sometimes the next menstrual cycle.

She trust YOU then she's a damn fool bc you don't know SHIT!

He's here asking questions and finding females with experience so I think he's doing pretty good... better than him trying to figure out on his own. .. some ladies don't like to post as they're judged. ..I personally don't care... and will share my experiences... I was afraid to post years back as AAS and females was such a taboo with so many stereotypes...

Oh its not the fact your helping GG, and I think it's great you're willing to do so, but it's the MISCOMMUNICATION bt your post thru him, to her that concerns me. It's clear oh "driftwood" (what a prophetic moniker) is a novice leading another novice and thats how errors occur.

There's a good chance HE is parlaying this info to his GF as if he is the original source NOT YOU. You could also communicate with his GF directly, by PM, could you not? But why has ol "driftwood" not suggested such a course.

Bottom line third party communication often causes more harm than good IME
