Was on a few other forums for a while and a member pointed me in the direction of meso. TON of knowledge here and I'm diving in heavy. Watched for a while then decided to join.
Fairly big weight loss journey started at 440 after becoming an absolute slob during covid, cw 295. Wildly interested in peps and obsessed with learning about aas.
