Goal physique stack

Hi there, I've recently come across a bodybuilder from Europe in Poland and got the chance to meet him when I attended the bodybuilding show and expo in Warsaw, Poland.

He claims natty and is very adamant about it but looking at his physique I am skeptical, was hoping some of the more advanced users could chime in.

His stats at the expo last year were 5"9 and 170lbs I am unsure what he's at now but I attached a photo I found of him.

This is pretty much the physique I'm going for (maybe a bit less on the traps and bigger arms) and was curious as to what kind of steroids I would need to be on to attain this physique (or similar)

First of all realize that it takes years to build a physique that truly stands out. Second thing is genetics and it's a big one. You will not look like that person, no matter how much you try unless you have similar genetics to him/her/it.

There is no particular steroid to achieve such and such physique. Many steroids do the same thing, but for now it's not really what you should be concerned about.

Your problem is, assuming your avatar pic is diet and training related. Perhaps, you need to put in more effort and time in to optimizing your lifestyle first and maybe after a few years think about steroids.

Please understand that there are no overnight fixes and you need a lot of effort and time to build a respectable physique even with steroids.

I advise you to start researching how to build muscle and set up your nutrition for your goals, instead of thinking about steroids. At this point in your journey, they are not going to yield you any appreciable results, besides you can ruin your health not knowing what you're doing.

Playing with hormones for the sake of quick gains and looking for shortcuts will leave you shortchanged.

If you really want further and more detailed advice, post a thread and show your current state of condition. Be honest and we may help you and guide you in to the right direction, even if that's not what you want to hear.

Remember that some guys (although very few) even come back few years later on and thank us for beating them up, telling them to back off and gain knowledge in the gym and in the kitchen. They then come back prepared and feel ready. We once again can guide them to use steroids properly.

Stay safe, don't play with fire when it's not needed yet, don't rush thing, maximize your natural gains, gain knowledge where it matters and come back then prepared. Stay safe OP. I wish you luck.

No I really appreciate the input and knowledge, I think I needed someone to flat out just tell me to focus on eating and gaining more before thinking about starting.
Especially if you think his physique is natural
How many years do you think that took?

5”9 170lbs? You don’t need AAS for those stats. This is easily believable for someone to claim natty.

I am similar height and was bigger, natural, and similar body fat in my mid-late 20s. Just work out and have a good diet and nutrition.

Even with such low body fat?
I mean this makes me feel better as I won't have to take anything

Please post pictures of your comparable physique

Sorry but I think anyone trying to achieve the exact same physique as someone else is just silly. Even if you have the exact same stats, it’s your genetics vs. theirs. It’s a losing battle no matter how you spin it.

Just focus on being the best version of yourself…no matter how corny a statement that sounds. You’ll be much happier long term.
I like your perspective and I think I can certainly agree with you

Thank you

PA Lifter is 100% correct. I would also caution against caring if someone is Natty or not. I was 6’ and 228 at 8-12% natural at 27 years old after lifting since 15 years old.

It really really bothered me that people didn’t want to give me credit for what I had worked so hard to earn.

(Caveat: Social influencers and Celebs who claim natty and have a negative impact on self image of others are fair game in not crossing my arbitrary line of ethics)
