Monday I am starting my 5th week of 5x5. My gains have been good and I want to do it properly. My problems is that two weeks from today on Saturday, March 5th, I will be leaving for a week in Cancun. The week I am there would be my 7th week of 5x5. My question is, what should I do? My guess would be to stay on the regular 5x5 3 days a week for the remaining two weeks and then come back and do 2 more weeks of 5 x 5. On my 3rd week back I will start my 3 x 3. Is there any method to this? Should I just start over when I get back and do a full 6 weeks of 5x5 before I go to 3x3? What do you reccomend?
