Going on vacation, loading and deloading

Monday I am starting my 5th week of 5x5. My gains have been good and I want to do it properly. My problems is that two weeks from today on Saturday, March 5th, I will be leaving for a week in Cancun. The week I am there would be my 7th week of 5x5. My question is, what should I do? My guess would be to stay on the regular 5x5 3 days a week for the remaining two weeks and then come back and do 2 more weeks of 5 x 5. On my 3rd week back I will start my 3 x 3. Is there any method to this? Should I just start over when I get back and do a full 6 weeks of 5x5 before I go to 3x3? What do you reccomend?
 
First of all, you're not supposed to do 6 or 7 weeks of the 5x5.

The entire cycle of the 5x5, including the 3x3 at the end, is roughly 8 weeks long.

That means 4 weeks of 5x5, and then 4 weeks of 3x3.

Start doing the 3x3 next week.
 
Yea I know but I felt like the first 2 weeks of the program I used weight that was too light. It was pretty much me feeling out the volume and getting used to the excersizes that I wasn't previously doing. So, I'm going to start the 3x3 next week and then go. When I get back I will do a week of 3 x 3 than start 5 weeks of the 5 x 5 over again. Thanks.
