5-6 weeks for US customs seems a little unlikely in my experience. what shipping method are you using? not an accusation, but i feel like you guys are using slower/cheaper shipping as ive gotten packages from europe, china, india 3 weeks tops, usually around 2. only once took 5 weeks.

I would prefer to keep the shipping info which courier personally. We experienced certain delays coming from certain locations were US customs have been taking longer then usual. Some Packages were shipped on FEB 2# and cleared customs on March2# by adding addition 4-5 days for the package to arrive at its final destination min 5 weeks. The question is WHY Customs are taking longer then usual NOT Sure WHY.

I've waited on Naps for 5 months before. I gave up on it, but it randomly showed up...eventually lol. After I went to someone else.
It usually takes atleast 5 weeks for them, in my handful of experiences. Needless to say, I've moved on. I don't think they fuck people, but something isn't working efficiently. Either the shipping comany - or them, I don't know.

I do like some of their stuff and all, but the TA is just...well you know.

Ya that happened for me sort of as well when I got my stuff from naps last year.
Lol, said the orders left in two different packs. He also said I was going to get the labels in a seperate parcel first.
And guess what?! All my gear came in one pack.

Lmao and it was labeled!

I was guessing the postal service people did me a favor and put it all together for me at the international mail sorting factory.
Haven't pinned the gear yet but so i can't say it's good. But ATLEAST I got my stuff in less than a headache then some of the people on here.
However, my stuff definitely took the aforementioned t/a of 5weeks or so.

Mate to clarify your question why was your order was split. Depends on the type brand you order, each brand is shipped from deferent locations. NOT all are shipped from one location.
